What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Hello ladies
How is everyone doing? I'm doing good.
Here is what I ate...
B~Protein shake and 1/2 a banana
L~Omlette.. Southwestern egg beaters, thinly sliced turkey breast and cheese.
S~SF Popsicle.
D~ 1 oz Grilled fish fillet
S~4 oz CC chocolate milk with Protein powder
35 oz of Propel and hot tea so far. I'm still sipping.
Exercise... 15 min walk.

b- piece of swiss cheese, 1 strawberry
s- watermelon
l- grilled chicken 2-3 oz and tbsp of spinach (this was a lean cusine meal)
d- taco inards as I am making my family tacos tonight
I might have a sf pop later depending how I feel!
I walked 2 miles on the beach this morning.
I also checked into curves as next week I can join per my doctor.
They have a great March special here too they are waiving enrollment fees!

Good evening,
I am doing well and hope you are, too. Today's eating was back to a controlled fashion.
B: 2 oz canned turkey with some LF Miracle Whip and pickle
S: 1/2 bottle isopure
L: spinich quiche from TJ's, ate the egg part and not the crust; SF pudding (most of)
S: LF mozz cheese stick
D: 2 oz Baja black beans, 2 soy meatballs
S: going to have a small protein shake with soymilk, I am still 15-20g under my protein and cant eat any more food.

OK this is the first time I have done this so please bear with me...
B~ 6 oz Dannon Light & Fit FF yogurt flavor White Chocolate and Strawberries (DELICIOUS!!!!)
L~ 2 slices lean roast beef and about 4 teaspoons of LF cottage cheese with light italian dressing mixed in for flavor
S~ 1 LF string cheese
D~ Maryland Crab Soup (a few oz) which is basically vegetable soup with some crab meat mixed in -- YUMMY!!
S~ 1/2 Slim A Bear Mint Flavor Ice Cream Sandwich
not getting too much water in yet, will be working on that one throughout the night! Also, I got some SF Grape Kool-Aid and I love it so far.
Exercise~ going to get out my new Biggest Loser Exercise DVD and get down in the living room

Hi Amber,
Glad to have you with us on the daily posts. Question - how did that slim a bear sandwich work for you? I bought some of those, the klondike version, and found that I could only eat half. Anything more made me quesy. I am not sure if its the milk or the sugar alcohols as its a sugar free product. Just curious if it's sat well with you.....

I actually have not tried them yet. I just got them and since I have been craving ice cream sandwiches for whatever reason, I thought I would get these ones. I am going to try one tonight and I will definitely let you know.
I am hoping that they work out because I love mint chocolate chip ice cream and these come in mint flavor too. YAY!!
Here's to hoping these relieve my cravings and work well for us!

Glad your experience was pleasant and tasty! I did OK with a half, its when I ate the whole one that I got uncomfortable. Maybe it was a double message telling me that half was just plenty!
I'll wait a few days and see how they work for you before buying more.....the mint sounds yummy and my store had those. I thought these would be a nice alternative to puddings.
