Hi Kay, Good to hear you're doing good. I'm doing good getting closer to Friday. Here is what I ate: B-4 ounce of Dannon Lit n Fit Yogurt w/Fiber Strawberry L-1/2 c. of No Salt Added Cottage Cheese w/a 1 canned peach D-1/2 of a baked chicken breast, with cheese & tomato sauce, 1/4 c. of cooked escarole & beans S-Nutri-Grain Bar Water-About 32 ounces & usual vitamins Exercise-30 minutes at curves Have a good night everyone, Carly

My pouch was misbehaving this morning...didn't have much of an appetite and my pouch was a little aggravated. I had gone to the gym later because my stomach calmed a little, but then after the gym my belly started up again but it was gas pain hurting. Got some gas out, and been feeling good (and tootin') since. Here's what I had: B- 8 oz. Carb Countdown milk w/ 2 scoops protein powder and 6 frozen raspberries S-10 oz. IsoPure L- 3 Cheese Crackers (from Susan Maria and they are goooooood!) D-2 oz. stewed chicken 1 tsp mac + cheese S-10 oz. IsoPure Did good on fluids so far i think I have 68 oz. of fluid and will probably have some tea before bed. G'nite! april

Hi Kay, I am doing well. Went to my 1 month appt today and I lost total 22 pounds since surgery 1/23. b~cottage cheese mixed w/sugar free preservatives l~tuna mixed w/light mayo and relish s~string cheese d~1/2 broiled chicken breast s~not sure I will need it-but if I do it will be a s/f popcicle Exercise: 1/2 hr on the treadmill 2.5 no incline ~Dawn 330/308/286/150

Hello Everyone: B: Today for breakfast I had 1/4 cup of egg beaters with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese cook with pam spray in a frying pan 1/4 of ansian pear skin off and cut into small pieces S: 1oz. terayki turkey jerky chewed very well one french fry from my sons lunch from McDonalds love that salt L: 2 Butterball Thick Sliced turkey coldcuts 1 piece of mozarella lowfat string cheese rolled up inside with about 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard 23.5 oz can of Arizonia peach tea 16.9 oz of bottled water Worked out on my emcumbent bike 6 minutes and my chest starting beating really fast. I have been doing dishes and laundry all day then driving to my sons school since he forgot his lunch. Then after school was a soccor game. I'm tired and the housework raised my blood pressure really high. I called my doctors office and they said to keep a low key. That I was doing to much for just 23 days out. Has anyone experience I guess a utu after taking 1500 mg calicium after surgery. My surgeon recommends that amount and it only been three days and I feel a little uncomfortable. I know I'm not drinking my water. I don't have my gallbladder it was taken out May 2003. I guess I have to wait for my doctor to call back tomorrow. They have a 2 day turn around at this office. B-cream of wheat S-protien drink L-tuna with lf mayo s-protien drink D-potato, green bean, sliced turkey with gravy. S-protien drink I can only have 1/4 c of food at one time so I have to have the protien drinks. I really am only suppose to eat 2 times a day but I was hungrey and ate more. This has been a good day for me as most days my pouch is upset. Trying to get in most of the fluid and some days are easier that others. Also am taking my meds. Cindy

B- Hard boiled egg L- 2 tiny slices of ultra thin pizza S-soy nuts (10 protein for 3 tblspns!) D-1 bbq chicken leg,2 bites ramen noodles S-melba toast & cheese Excercised 30 minutes @ ladies workout express
