Sylvia, We had surgery the same day and lost the same amount of weight in the same amount of time. I started at 290 though. I still can't comfortably fit into my 18s, but my 22's are huge on me...so I figure I'm a 20 but I refuse to buy a pair because I'm soooo close to looking ok in the 18s...just too tight in the rear. Anyway, GOOD GOING!! Chele
