How is everyones day? Mine has been good.
Yesterday my surgeon said I was NOT getting in enough protein so today I promised myself that I would.. and I did. For the first time! He wants me to get in 60-70 grams a day.
Here is what I ate today...
B~4 oz of Blueberry carb control yoguart and 1 Jenny O sausage link (9)
S~Protein shake (22)
L~1/4 C. Tuna and 2 Unsalted crackers (13)
D~Egg beaters omlette with Thinly sliced turkey breast and lil cheese (12)
S~Protein shake (22)
Protein total.. 78 Grams
Water.. 35 oz so far.. still sipping.
Exercise.. 2- 15 minute. walks.

Hey Kay! I am sooo glad it is Friday!
I tried salad today! Woohoo!
B - 4 wheat thins with cream cheese
S- Salad w/ grilled chicken, walnuts, egg, feta and cheddar (hows THAT for a protein packed salad??)
L - Continued eating the above salad!
S - Finished my cheez it's from yesterday
D - Not sure yet but I have an inkling for chinese food - maybe some mooshu shrimp?
I'm feeling adventurous today!

Hi Kay,
Yeah it is finally Friday! Wednesday night I ate some cooked escarole & beans & they didn't agree with me. So last night I was
all night. It is weird it took almost a day to get out of my system. So today I'm a little better. Here is what I ate:
B-Nothing
L-4 ounces of Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt Strawberry
D-1/2 c. of Campbells chicken noodle soup, 5 saltines
S-Few more saltines
Water-About 32 ounces so far
Vitamins-All

Today, I was on the run, but I think I did pretty good. Went to see my co-workers twins today.....soooooooo cute
! They are a week old today, and I just loved them to death. Here's what I had today:
B-4 oz. Blueberry Carb Control yogurt w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder
S-16 oz. protein hot chocolate
L-3 cheese crackers 4 oz. vanilla Carb Control yogurt
D-2 oz. turkey breast (it was sooooo good) 2 tsp green beans
I know I had quite a bit of water and all my vitamins!

Hi Kay, horrible food day today. For some eason, Pookie (the pouch) wasn't into anything- she's been like this for two days now. So I haven't really eaten anything although I have been drinking! I just had an Atkins Advantage Shake and feel SO much better! Maybe she was hungry! *mental note* Listen to Pookie better!
