The Salad Challenge
Well ladies and gentlemen, because you all mean so much to me I took a risk today. Just so I could come back and report.
I had a salad.
It was awesome!

It took forever to eat, but I kept it on my desk and picked at it in between calls. So now I am feeling adventurous. Taco, pizza, and now salad. Anyone have any requests??
Tonight I may even try chinese takeout!!

I am sooo glad this worked for you. Salads dont have to be just veggies, you listed a lot of ingredients that are completely on our 'good food' list. I'd also suggest beans for even more protein.
Personally, I think salads are my future. And they may not contain many veggies as there's so many other good things to select. We just have to think differently......

Mmmmm salad!! That's what I had for dinner. My son wanted McDonalds so I got the bacon ranch salad with low fat vinaigrette dressing. It was delish!! I shared it with my 19 month old, who LOVES salad. we still ended up throwing half away, but boy it was good.
As for Chinese. I DID order take out last week!! My local restaurant can cook anything on the menu "weigh****chers style". Basically they steam instead of fry. I ordered a pint of chicken and broccoli and ate 2 pieces of broccoli and about 5 pieces of the chicken. It was GREAT!! (I was dying for an egg roll though)
