Hey yall! I'm late and I'm soooo sorry. I have been out and about all day. I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. I am Here is my crappy menu for today B~Protein shake L~SF Jello D~Chicken and corn chowder and few bites of salad S~ Protein shake Lots of water today!! Have a good night Kay

B-1/2 cheese stick and 5 almonds L-4 bites chicken,2 bites mac & cheese,3 green beans S- turkey and cheese on small low carb tortilla (ate 3/4) D-gonna make a pizza on low carb tortilla w/chicken,cheese & little pizza sauce

Hi Kay, Glad you are enjoying your weekend. Here is what I had: B~ none, I know s~s/f choc pudding L~CIB w/added protein d~chicken cutlet w/melted cheese s~not sure if I will have one yet but if I do~s/f choc pudding Water=30 oz so far Exer****walking (very little though) I notice exercise is very minimal for me on the weekend. I have a gym at my job so every day during my lunch hour I go down and walk the treadmill for 1/2 hour and do my crunches. 3-4 days out the week my co-worker and I stay late to use the weights. I had alsmost all my vitamins, just 1 more calcium before I go to bed. I just bought Viactiv (caramel) not sure how it is yet but I will let you know. Enjoy the rest of your night! Dawn

Hi Kay and everyone, Good day: B: a few bites of homemade liversausage and a few bites of spinich. (Cant believe I ate this but a friend made it and it was really good, super high iron, too). L: half quesadilla that had cheese and chicken, mostly ate the cheese. S and D: (a repeat of a post on another string speaking to salads) Join me in salad joy.... Tonite mine had kidney beans, egg, LF shredded cheese, a few morsels of iceburg lettuce, a few slivers of red onion, a bit of shredded zuccini, peas, a pinch of raisins and a pinch of shredded almonds. Oh yeah, a pinch of red cabbage, too. I got it at my favorite local salad bar and made sure it was all well chopped and mixed. Used a bit of LF balsamic vinigrette and a bit of LF bleu cheese dressing. Protein came from the beans, egg, cheese, almonds and was over 60% of the total content. My 'veggies' were all softer, esp after they had dressing on it for awhile and had high iron content. Iceburg lettuce is worthless but currently works better for me than any other. Add some chicken, fish, deli meat or cottage cheese for even more protein. It lasted me a meal and a snack. I enjoyed chewing everything into a pulp and ate a good amount. And my system processes all this just fine. Make your salad all it can be!!! ----- S: a protein shake with soy milk and raspberry extract Have a good week, these weekends go way too fast. Tiffany

The snack demonds came out to play today F: 8 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk B: 4 oz Carb & Sugar Control Blueberry Yogurt S: 1 oz Turkey Jerky and about 8 cheddar soy crisps L: 2 oz Cottage Cheese F: 14 oz Crystal Light Pink Lemonade D: 2 oz Turkey Meatballs with a dab of ketchup S: 1 fork full of cheesecake (no crust) F: (will have) 1 Scoop Nectar Protein mixed with 8 oz SF Orangeade TOTALS: Cals 554 Fat 18 Carbs 29 Protein 72 Vits: 1/2 done Fluids: 40 oz Exercise: Day off

I'd like to thank Special Kay for this awesome idea, it's really nice to see what other people are eating! BF: 1oz of cheddar cheese and 1/2 slice of ham L: 1/4 cup vegtable beef soup- made me sick. S: tortilla chips with cheese D: 1/3 cup cottage chees with a few left over fried potatoes i made for the hubby S: 1/2 SF bake cookie- made me queasy I don't think i'm ready for veggies yet- I envy those who can have a salad. AND I realized today I don't do well with stuff made with "Sugar alcohol" Oh well.

Today was my day to sleep in but I did okay for the day. Here's what I had: B-1 egg and cheese omelet w/ 1 chicken breakfast sausage (it was damn good too!!) L- 2 oz. turkey breast w/ 2 spoonfuls of green beans S- RTD Extreme Smoothie..Praline Scream D- 1 1/2 oz. chicken w/ 4 spoonfuls mashed potatoes S- S/F pudding w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder Question...do you count your protein drinks as snacks or just fluid? April

Everyones Nut and surgeon says something different but this is what mine says.. He wants me to have a protein shake for a snack so I wont get in the habit of snacking on food. He said to count the fluid that I use to mix my shake up with as part of my fluid count for the day. I use 4 oz of Carb countdown milk.
