Hey everyone It's late but I thought I'd post anyway.. B~ Nothing L~Nothing D~Egg beaters omlette with Turkey and lil cheese S~ Protein shake I know having no breakfast and luch is BAD but I have been busy. Not a very good excuse, I know. Tomorrow I will do better I did drink lots of water and propel today! Thanks again Amber for doing this for me.

Hi Amber, b~light n fit yogurt l~3 bites chicken salad s~string cheese d~1/4 chicken breast and 3 bites of fettucine alfredo (homemade so it was cheese and fat free milk) s~s/f pudding liquids=54 oz exercise=gym for 1 hr and a half-it was great ~Dawn 340/308/286/150
