~What is on YOUR menu this Tuesday?~ For Kay :)
Hi Everyone!
Hope everyone is having a great day so far! Thank you to everyone that thanked me yesterday. That was really nice and I am happy to do this for Kay!! It helps keep me in line as well!!
So here is my menu for today (subject to change since I still need to hit the store and pack my lunch!! LOL)
B~ Yoplait Light FF yogurt Banana Cream Pie (delicious and 6g of protein)
S~ String Cheese
L~ Maybe some roast beef or turkey roll up's with a touch of mustard
S~ SF Jello Vanilla and Chocolate Pudding
D~ Going to try a salad with some chicken on it
fluids~ I LOVE THE FRUIT PUNCH CRYSTAL LIGHT!! I bought the to go packets and use them at work. I had about 32 oz during my shift at work last night and it was so easy for me. Not too sweet to me, but just right!!
exercise~ going to the grocery store and running errands before work. I slept in
so no time for gym and work today.
So how are YOU doing today???

Today, I just don't feel like eating...too much of a hassle. But I'm gonna eat anyway! Last night I had pintos & cheese from Taco Bell......sooooo good. And I toasted a taco shell and used it like tortilla chips.....heaven. I don't want to become addicted, so I'll only have those maybe once every 2 weeks or so. Here's what's on my menu:
B- Protein hot choc. (30g)
L- 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese 1 tbsp SF preserves 1 pear half(?)
S- RTD Smoothie (at work)
D-Chicken with mushroom sauce and maybe peas
And I should be putting another snack in there but I think I'll be okay
Went to the gym this morning and got on the treadmill for 40 mins....did a high incline and whew! It was a really good walk though. Have a good one!

I have to try that Crystal light....sounds good.
B- 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese w/ 1 tbsp SF preserves
L- 1/4 cup tuna, light mayo and some relish
S- string cheese
D- 1/2 chicken breast w/ string beans
S- maybe s/f icepop or choc protein shake (not sure yet if I will even need one)
Liquid- still sipping but so far 35 oz
Exercise- going to the gym again (weights and 30 min on treadmill 3.0).
Vitamins- almost done, just one more calcium to take (Viactiv caramel is delicious)

B-Kraft triscuit snack to go (empty cals, high carbs and low protien)
S-3 slices lean corned beef
L-Jumbo beef frankfurter, no bun
S- sf fudgesicle
S- (another snack)1/2 cup homemade cole slaw
D-Open face corned beef and provolone cheese sandwich made w/one slice sugar free bread. hard boiled egg
And the sad thing is. I'm still hungry.
