Hi everyone and happy Wednesday! I hope that everyone is having a great day and that yesterday was nice as well. So what's on YOUR menu for today? Any new recipes that you have tried? OK here it goes for me ~ B ~ FF Cottage Cheese with 1 tbsp of SF Blackberry Jam (seedless - Smucker's Brand) S ~ String Cheese and a few turkey pepperoni slices L ~ 1 Perdue Chicken Cutlet (LF breading baked, already cooked) with some FF Ranch Dressing (won't finish the whole thing, but these are delicious!!) S ~ maybe some veggies and FF Ranch Dip D ~ either the rest of the chicken or 2 turkey meatballs (these are great too!! Thanks MM for the idea!!) S ~ maybe 1/2 of a Vanilla Slim a Bear ice cream sandwich (if I am still hungry) fluids ~ gotta work on getting this up.... made some fresh Crystal Light Fruit Punch and some SF Grape Kool-Aid, so this should help! exercise ~ cleaning (that's not a lot of exercise, but hey, I am up and moving ) and will either do "Biggest Loser" or "Walk off the Pounds" DVD's tonight.... Okay,here goes... B-running to get to the gym so I grabbed 1 peanut butter cracker L-1/2 slice of meatlovers pizza (yum!) S-quiche D-meatballs and asperagus S-sf popsicle I made the best quiche last night. It was soooo easy and high in protein. 6 eggs 1/2 cup your choice of milk,soymilk,cream,mootopia 1/2 cup shredded cheese (any kind) 1 small package chopped broccoli or spinach (drained well) season to taste ( I used salt,pepper,garlic,onion flakes) pour into pie pan or ready made crust bake at 350 for about 45 minutes until knife comes out clean This recipe is so adaptable. You could add cubed ham or bacon,you could use flavorless protein... the only limit is your imagination. I think next time I make it I will do it in a mini muffin pan so I can freeze them and nuke them as I want to eat them.

Hi Amber, B~ Ham and cheese rolled up (was only able to eat 2 roll ups) L~Tuna with light mayo and relish S~ String cheese D~ Liquids~ 35oz so far. I will keep sipping Exer****~ Taebo for 40 min (whew!!!) Vitamins~done ~Dawn 340/308/280/150

Hello everyone. Hope Humpday has been good to ya! Here's what I had: B-1 egg w/ cheese and 1 chicken sausage L-3/4 of spinach and feta cheese chicken sausage F- 10 oz. IsoPur S- protein shake D-shrimp and broccoli Been drinking tea all day! Exercise: April

Hi! B: 1/4c real egg with 1oz LF shredded cheese L: 3oz Baja black beans with some more shredded cheese S: protein shake with soy milk D: miscellaneous from the Whole Foods Hot bar - 4 bites M&C, 2 squares tofu, 3 penne, 3 bites dark chicken; 1/3 SF/flourless cookie which was good. b- slice of cheese 1 low fat wheat thin l- 1 tbsp of lettuce and sprinkle of cheese d- part of a grilled pork chop, bite of deviled egg and bite of some pot. salad s- sf popcycle exercise- 2 miles walking on the beach. Cleaning my house (sweeping, mopping, doing laundry) hmmm.. does that count? Have a great evening! Hugs, Julie 320/272/160

I didnt try too hard today to focus on eating and of course, forgot throughout the day... here it is: B: Forgot L: 2 oz chicken with FF Cream Cheese and salsa on top D: 1 oz Chocolate Protein Bites (www.leanprotein.com) F: Need to get in 2 sccoops of nectar tonight to get to protein goal! TOTALS Cals 381 Fat 8 Carbs 9 Protein 76 See what not focusing on my goals gets me Fluids: Not too bad, prob 50 oz by bedtime Vits: Exercise: FINALLY was able to walk a normal 40 min again. Of course, it killed since I havent done a full walk for quite a few days.
