Hi Heather! Food wise, I'm doing well with 2-3 oz a meal (3 times a day) and adding the 3 snacks where I'll have a slice of cheese, fruit or something. Totally I've lost 66 pounds; 52 since surgery... my process was like within a week, so I include the 14 pounds I lost the week prior to surgery.

I was OK'd yesterday to start eating what I want as long as I can handle it. so I experiment at meals. Had fresh cod poached lastnight and I had to stop for awhile in between so it wouldn't come up. Other than that I am taking it slow and making sure I don't eat the bad stuff. Protein first. alittle vegies and very very little fruit. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself...... I am very happy!!!!! even if I throw up now and then... LOL
