What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Hi everyone!
I hope that everyone is having a good day.... and if you're not, you are in the right place for love and support!!
I am off today to buy a new digital camera for my trip to Vegas on Monday (I am SOOOOO excited) and I promise to get new pictures updated on my profile (and I really need a better face shot!!)....
So here's what's on my menu for today:
B ~ Yoplait FF yogurt 6 oz Orange, Strawberry, and banana... yummmm
S ~ string cheese
L ~ pinto beans and cheese
S ~ veggies or maybe a salad
D ~ either some chicken or some grilled steak.... and maybe some mashed potatoes....
S ~ maybe a SF jello pudding

I'm having a great day even though it's gloomy and rainy here
. I went to the gym and worked out on the elliptical for 45 mins and then I got on the treadmill for 30 mins and did a really tough course, but afterwards I felt really pumped. Tomorrow I'm going back to kickboxing, and it's a great class so I know I'll have some fun. Here's what on my menu:
B- 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ sf preserves
S- 4 oz. Low Carb & Sugar yogurt w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder and 2 wheat crackers w/ 1 tbsp RF PB
L- 1 South Beach Diet Grilled Chicken Caesar w/ wheat tortilla (toasted)...yum!
S- SF pudding w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder
D- FF refried beans w/ cheese maybe with a taco shell...I think i've had enough carbs for the day!
After dinner I may throw in a Protein Delite shake depending on my protein count.
Last night for dinner, I made shrimp & broccoli, but after I made it...didn't want it. The shrimp was too chewy and the broccoli too hard. Then I decided on just a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese....wasn't satisfied after my first bite! So I finally ended up with this already made chicken marsala from Tyson...sooo good and the chicken is nice and soft. I was so indecisive last night
, but I figured I got in a good amount of protein! Have a good one everybody!

Hi Everyone,
Today was a good day, yesterday I went home early from work because I was throwing up.
I got a piece of chicken cold cut stuck and was
for about an hour. I feel a little better today. Hope everyone is doing good.
B-8 ounces of water with a scoop of Whey protein powder
L-1/2 c. of organic shells with white chedder sauce
D-1/2 c. of Rice chex w/ 2% milk
Water & the usual vitamins

Happy Thursday! Today I had:
B: 2 oz baja beans and 1 oz LF shredded cheese.
S: lentils, about 1/3 c
L: 2 oz chicken breast and 1 organic chicken, spinich and feta sausage
S: power crunch bar
D: cheese off of eggplant parm, a few bites of eggplant and 1/4c lentils
S: isopure apple melon to put me up at my protein requirement since dinner was a poor choice.
Lots of water, almost 2 liters, that true lemon has helped me sooo much. And all the vits, I am a vitamin freak.
Did stretching exercises, long walk with the dog and read the class schedule for my new gym (LOL!!).
I cant believe that 28 yr old woman on "deal or no deal" had SEVEN kids and is a normal weight with a flat stomach.
The power crunch bar gave me horrible cramps and a headache that lasted 20 minutes. Is that worth 14g of protein????? NO DEAL!

I had a late Dec. surgery date so is it OK if I post here? Anyway, I had
B: A decaf, non-fat latte & a lowfat lemon zucchini muffin @ Starbuck's (a big treat!)
L: 1/2 can Wolfgang Puck's chicken tortilla soup, 5 lowfat Ritz crackers with brie
S: low sugar canned peaches; small piece beef jerky
D: part of a slice of cheese pizza
3-4 bites of my daughter's frozen yogurt (we went to Costco!)
