B: 2 oz baja pintos with 1 oz LF shredded cheese
S: 1/2 b isopure apple melon
L: a few cubes of turkey, 1 oz of feta, 1/2 egg, bits of lettuce and red onion (ie, an attempt at a salad), LF organic ranch dressing
S: 5 bites lentils, 1/2 chicken/spinich link
D: 1/2 link, 3 bites lentils
S: power crunch bar, triple chocolate (did not give me as bad of a stomach ache as yesterday)
2 liters of water which is about 64oz, all the vits.
