B~1/2 a egg beaters omlette with turkey and cheese and 3 tbs of hash browns. ( leftovers from last nights supper) L~Protein shake S~2 cheese cubes and 5 whole cashews D~1/2 a Gordans grilled fish fillet and Few bites of salad w/ Lite ranch S~SF popsicle Good night Kay

Happy Friday Dance to all! B: 2 oz baja pintos with 1 oz LF shredded cheese S: 1/2 b isopure apple melon L: a few cubes of turkey, 1 oz of feta, 1/2 egg, bits of lettuce and red onion (ie, an attempt at a salad), LF organic ranch dressing S: 5 bites lentils, 1/2 chicken/spinich link D: 1/2 link, 3 bites lentils S: power crunch bar, triple chocolate (did not give me as bad of a stomach ache as yesterday) 2 liters of water which is about 64oz, all the vits.
