Snow Cones

I bought a snow cone machine today because I found SF snow cone liquid in Cherry and blue rasberry. Me and the children will enjoy this! I use to love snow cones and chewing on ice now is good for me so this will be great. I can't wait to try it! Hugs, Julie

Julie, That sounds like fun! Where did you find the machine? My kids would love that. Though, I'm thinking for me, maybe in the summertime! Sounds like a great way to cool off and get fluids in at the same time. Chele (who is in MI freezing just thinking 'bout it!)

Wal-mart the machine is about $14.88 (here at my local store it is) and the sf liquid is about $1.68. Pretty good and will last awhile. The boys cannot wait. They are excited about it and tommorrow we are getting up at 7am and going to the YMCA and going swimming before or after a little work-out. Hugs, Julie

I bought one 2 years ago from Toy R Us. Thay had snoopy or mickey mouse designs for about $19.99 and it comes with a couple of paper cones, and plastic spoon to scoop out ice and 3 small plastic bottles with tips that you can use. My sons teacher said you can even use kool-aid. So I tried sugarfree crystal light lemonade. yummy.......They also have ice shaving machines at Bed and Bath stores. Have fun trying all those flavors out there. Suzan
