Happy Sunday! What's on YOUR menu today?

I hope that everyone has had a really great weekend. What did you do? Anything you haven't done in a long time or any new experiences?
I figured that this is a good time to get this out for today and I hope everyone has had a good pouchie day too!
So here it goes:
B ~ Yoplait yogurt FF
S ~ RF string cheese
L ~ 1/4 Wendy's Taco Salad -- yummmmmmm.....
S ~ RF string cheese
D ~ Maybe a little steak or some chicken (have not decided yet) and a little salad
S ~ maybe 1/2 SF RF slim a bear vanilla ice cream sandwich
Well, I have much enjoyed posting this for Kay while she was visiting her family. Thank you everyone for keeping this going and supporting me through! You guys are the best!
I will be in Vegas next week! I am flying out early tomorrow morning and coming home late Friday night.... I can't wait! I will be walking so much and I know I will definitely be able to walk much better than I could last year when I was there. Lots of exercise with vacation!

Hi all,
I had a nice weekend, I am packing for my trip to Berlin tomorrow. I travel a lot for business but its been 3 months since I've been on an airplane which is unheard of in my life. This is an annual trip to a show called ITB, the largest travel trade show in the world. I am very excited to resume 'normalcy' and see my friends on that side of the pond - 36 lbs lighter than when I saw them in November!!!
Today I had:
L: 1 1/2 scrambled eggs with a pinch of LF shredded and a tsp of goat cheeses
S: protein shake with double soy milk
S: 5 bowtie pastas with 1 oz feta, some red sauce
D: black bean soup with a cheese stick
I am not too hungry today...but hit my protein and am working on the water!
The Januarians are going to clear 2500 lbs lost FOREVER which is just amazing. That's like 10 obese people just obliterated - gone. I am in such awe at our accomplishments in just 6-8 weeks.

I went to the Y to exercise and took my boys swimming. It was such a nice day.

B: 8 oz Carb Countdown Milk
L: Insides of Southbeach Chicken Cease Wrap on toasted Low Carb Tortilla (I used my own low carb tortill and topped it with the chicken and cheese from the wrap, then baked it)
D: 3 oz Grilled Chicken topped with 1 tbs sun dried tomato pesto and parmesean cheese- YUM!
F: (plan to have) 1 Scoop Nectar Protein- Fuzzy Navel mixed with 8 oz SF Orangeade

Fluids: 16 oz so far, but hopefully can make up for it throughout the night.
Vits: 1/2 done
Exercise: day off
Had a good day today. I started back to my 12 hour night shifts today, and so far things have been good but I'm still here and have 10 more hours to go! Here's what I had:
B- RTD smoothie
S- yogurt w/ protein powder
L- 9 turkey pepperoni (crisped) 1 cheesestick
D- 2 oz. chicken w/ 1 tbsp broccoli
S- SF pudding cup w/ protein powder
Didn't work out today
, but today was my day off!! Have a good one!
