Hey everyone!! I'm back. I really enjoyed spending time with my family. I didn't want to leave but I know I had to. My eating was a little off but I'm getting back on track tomorrow. My lunch made cybil (my pouch) upset so I'm having protein shakes for the rest of the evening! Amber, Thanks for posting everyday!! You did an awesome job. I had so many little WOW moments this week. I'm am BLESSED that I was able to have this surgery!! Here is what I ate.. B~Adkins shake L~ Few bites of Meat loaf and steamed califlower (lean cuisine).. cybil hated this meal D~Protein shake S~Protein shake Water: Not enough but I'm still sipping Have a nice evening! Kay

Hi Kay, Welcome back so nice to see your smiling face. I also feel blessed to have this surgery, I just placed a catalog order for new pants as mine are slowly getting bigger. Here is what was on my menu today: B-4 ounces of Dannon light n fit yogurt/Strawberry Banana L-1/2 c. of Crowley FF Cottage Cheese with Pineapple D-1/8 c. of pasta w/sauce and 2 ounces of grilled salmon S-Maybe Special K bites Water-32 ounces so far Vitamins-Check Have a good night, Carly

Kay!!! Welcome Home!!!! Here's what I ate... b- 1/2 mini bagel with cream cheese l- slice of lf swiss cheese d- piece of grilled hamburger (grilled on my george foreman) was mixed with cheese and hidden valley ranch packet. (I made my family cheese ranch burgers!) s- cantelope 10 oz. 1/2 surgar OJ 20 oz of water and still sipping I went to the YMCA 2 times today 1st this morning I did 2 laps in the olympic pool and then an hour water cardio class. 2nd I took my kids for an evening class while I walked. B-1/2 power crunch bar L-won ton,chicken & vermicelli, 1 bite spring roll S- other 1/2 power crunch bar D-Cashew chicken & 1/2 egg roll S-the rest of the won ton soup Went to gym this morning and took the baby for a long walk with his stroller this afternoon. that sucker is heavy. Who ever would have thought that I would need to invest in a jogging stroller!?

Hi there Kay!!! Welcome back to your other family here!! Nice to see your smiling face again I can say that I have not done well at all today B- 1 fried egg and 2 pieces sausage links. L- 1 bowl of special k vanilla cereal and 1/2 cup 2% milk. other than that I have had probably 50 oz of water, and I am still not hungry. I know I will eat later I just dont know what, I still have 2 protein shakes to get in also. I hope things get better for me in the eating department. Hope you all are having a great day/night!!! I am glad you mentioned that Cara because i tried broccoli the other day, and although i didnt get sick, it felt awful! I felt like i swallowed a rock and it sat there for quite a long time.

B: 1/2 blueberry bagel & 2 slices bacon, 3 large strawberries S: Yoplait raspberry lowfat/sugar free yogurt L: Homemade Lentil soup, 1/2 apple S: 100 calorie pack oreo snack 1 banana D: small salad w/dried cranberries, cashews & feta cheese I tried to eat some angel hair pasta with shrimp & mushrooms but it didn't work YUK!

F: 8 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk B: 4 oz Carb Control Blueberry Yogurt S: Babybel cheese L: Grilled chicken with pesto and parmesan D: Nuked Turkey Pepperoni and FF cream cheese F: 1 Scoop Nectar with 8 oz SF Orangeade TOTALS: Cals 598 Fat 25 Carbs 15 Protein 79 Exercise: Walked, maybe 20 min, but I added in a hill. Killer Vits: done Fluids: meh, i dont want to talk about it.
