Whats on YOUR menu for Monday?


Hi Kay,
Welcome back so nice to see your smiling face. I also feel blessed to have this surgery, I just placed a catalog order for new pants as mine are slowly getting bigger.
Here is what was on my menu today:
B-4 ounces of Dannon light n fit yogurt/Strawberry Banana
L-1/2 c. of Crowley FF Cottage Cheese with Pineapple
D-1/8 c. of pasta w/sauce and 2 ounces of grilled salmon
S-Maybe Special K bites
Water-32 ounces so far
Vitamins-Check

Here's what I ate...
b- 1/2 mini bagel with cream cheese
l- slice of lf swiss cheese
d- piece of grilled hamburger (grilled on my george foreman) was mixed with cheese and hidden valley ranch packet. (I made my family cheese ranch burgers!)
s- cantelope
10 oz. 1/2 surgar OJ
20 oz of water and still sipping
I went to the YMCA 2 times today
1st this morning I did 2 laps in the olympic pool and then an hour water cardio class.
2nd I took my kids for an evening class while I walked.

Went to gym this morning and took the baby for a long walk with his stroller this afternoon. that sucker is heavy. Who ever would have thought that I would need to invest in a jogging stroller!?

I can say that I have not done well at all today
B- 1 fried egg and 2 pieces sausage links.
L- 1 bowl of special k vanilla cereal and 1/2 cup 2% milk.
other than that I have had probably 50 oz of water, and I am still not hungry. I know I will eat later I just dont know what, I still have 2 protein shakes to get in also. I hope things get better for me in the eating department. Hope you all are having a great day/night!!!

L: Homemade Lentil soup, 1/2 apple
S: 100 calorie pack oreo snack
1 banana
D: small salad w/dried cranberries, cashews & feta cheese
I tried to eat some angel hair pasta with shrimp & mushrooms but it
didn't work

S~string cheese
D~chicken w/broccoli (pouch was not happy)
Exercise~went to gym (30 min on treadmill and weights)
Liquids~about 55 oz
