What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?


HOWDY!
feeling much better today. Sunday night I ate a bite off a beef roast and threw up all night. What a horrible feeling. So Monday I was JUST DRAINED! Feeling better today. I purchased from walmart this chochlate protein shake drink that you add to only 4oz of milk or water. It doesn't taste that good, but 4 oz, I can grin and bear it. It's a lot cheaper than a lot of stuff out there. I am going to pledge to myself, my family and ALL OF YOU guys that I will drink it atleast once a day. I am having such a hard time getting in my protein and I know that is why I am so tired and weak. Plus I need to exercise.
Okay, enough babble.
B: 4oz protein shake with milk 24gr
L: 1/2 ste *** with cheese and 1/4 piece of toast 8
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese 12
S: tortilla chips with cheese 6
D: Haven't eaten yet, but probably some chicken
S: not sure
Fluids: maybe 20oz so far- NOT GOOD!

Hi Kay,
I'm doing good making my way through the work week. Glad to hear you don't have a UTI. Try the true lemon/lime in your water and see if you can drink more. It has helped me tremendously. Here is what was on my menu:
B-Nothing (I slept in)
L-1/2 c. of Crowley FF Cottage Cheese w/Pineapple & 11 mini FF crackers
D-1/2 of a piece of grilled salmon, 1/8 c. of brussel sprouts
Water-32 ounces so far & still sipping
Vitamins-Check

I have felt awful the last couple of days and hopefully have kicked this bug out of my system. I will try not to pass my germies to you all. I promise I just sanitized my hands.
B - Protein Shake
S - Trail mix minus the fruit
L - Chicken Soulvaki (sp?)
D - Leftovers from lunch
Exercise - I chased about 20 kids this morning in the gym, hopefully that will count as something.
Water - I am still working on my first 32 oz., I am so bad today.
This week has been stressful for me. I am hoping to get more motivated. My 2 month check up is in a week and I want my Dr. to be happy.

I am still at work, so I will post my totals later... heres what I have had:
B: 1 Scoop Nectar mixed with 8 oz SF Orangeade
L: Made a taquito thing- 1 oz Cheddar Cheese, 1 Low Carb Tortilla, 3 oz Grilled Lime Chicken breast. Ate 1/2
D: Other 1/2 of taquito
F: (plan to have) 1 Scoop Nectar mixed with 8 oz SF Orangeade
Fluids: Did really well today- also tried a Lean SoBe (Cranberry Grapefruit, yum!)
Exercise: Nope- *maybe* will do some step areobics when I get home
Vits: 1/2 done

Today I've had:
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: 3/4C Kasha 2ozChicken Liver 1/4C mushrooms
Dinner: Salad - 1/3C lettuce, 3oz feta cheese, 2oz mushrooms, 2oz smoked turkey, chickpeas and black olives w/balsamic vinegret dressing
Also had 1/2 bottle of Isopure mixed with Crystal Lite Lemonade sipped during the day.

Evening all! I have missed you guys these past few days.
Breakfast - blueberry yogurt
Lunch - Rotisserie chicken
Snack - more of the chicken
Dinner - Veggie bites - broccoli and cheese - mmmmmm
Snack - Don't know yet!
I hit the 45 pound mark yesterday after a couple of weeks of no movement. My 20's are too big but the 18s are just a little too tight for my comfort level so hopefully in the next week or so I will be able to say I have dropped 2 pant sizes.

Lunch: South Beach Ceaser Wrap -YUM!
Snack: Nada
Dinner: Insides of some lasagna
Snack: maybe more insides or more milk... need some protein
Water- nope
Vitamins: Almost all
Excersize- worked the lamb for 2 hours, legs are getting pretty strong lol
