What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Good evening everyone
How is everyone doing? I'm doing good.
Here is what I ate today....
B~Protein shake with 1/2 a banana mixed in
L~8 Turkey peperoni crisp and a slice of 2% cheese
S~SF popsicle
D~1/4 C. Tuna salad on lettuce
S~4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein
Water: Water and propel about 40 oz so far.
Exercise: 20 minute walk

Here's my menu. Nothing new:
Breakfast: 1/2C cottage cheese
Lunch: 2oz Muenster cheese
Dinner: 1C Hormel Turkey Chili w/beans & 1/2C lowfat cheedar cheese
1/2bottle Isopure Alpine Punch mixed with Crystal Lite - I drink this all day long. I actually go through a 2qt jug of Crystal Lite a day so I make sure I'm getting enough fluids

I have been skipping this post for too long now. It's time I start looking at my menu in black and white!
1st thing this morning: 1/2 cup coffee, decaf, SF creamer, & spenda
B: 1 power crunch protein bar
L: 1 4oz can tuna (dry)
S: 4 Low Fat Triscuit crackers
D: (cooking now) chicken breast beaten thin with 1 slice provalone cheese, some sundried tomatoes, and spinach; rolled up and covered with FF cream of mushroom soup. **fingers crossed that this turns out good**
Vitamins taken, fluids above 64oz, 70 mins cardio

Hi Kay,
I'm doing good today I had an amazing day at curves today. I have lost a total of 8 inches off of my waist since February 10th. I was so excited.
Tomorrow is my 2 month check-up so I'll update that later.
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit N Fit Strawberry Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of FF Crowley Cottage cheese w/Pineapple & 6 mini crackers FF
D-1/2 of a skinless boneless chicken breast, 1/8 c. of brussel sprouts and 1/4 c. mashed potatos
S-Nothing
Water-32 ounces so far
Vitamins-Check
Exercise-30 minutes at Curves

b- sick didn't eat but had water
l- 2 meatballs (leftover last night my family had spagetti)
d- had a pork roast in the crock pot all day and I had 2 tbsp and it was good!!

Exercise - 60 minute Water Aerobics class this morning at the Y
