What's on YOUR menu for Thursday

It is snowing here today! Yuck. I don't think that Spring will ever get here. I wish we could have beautiful weather to enjoy today.
Here is what is planned to go down the hatch:
B - Protein Shake
S - 4 Almonds
L - Cottage Cheese
D - Broccoli and cheese
Water - about 32 oz. - half way there

B: 1 packet Quaker Low Sugar apples & cinnamon oatmeal
L: Grilled chicken garden salad at Burger King (ate only the chicken, 3 pieces of lettuce, and one cucumber slice)
S: 5 triscut crackers
D: leftover chicken, spinach, sundried tomato stuff from yesterday
Vitamins in, slacked on exercise today, 1/2 way there on fluids.

Hi Kay,
Today was a good day, almost Friday also. Hope you & your partner enjoy the nice weather, it is cool out here. Here is what I had today:
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit N Fit Yogurt/Strawberry
L-a small Yam and 1/4 c. of Sorgento moon & stars cheese shapes
D-1/2 c. of Boca Meatless Chili and a few bites of salad
Water-40 ounces so far
Vitamins-Check

Hi Kay,
The weather was good here too but I can not wait until the weekend, it is suppose to be 65 and that is great for NY right now. lol.
Here is what I had today:
B~8 oz CIB (Vanilla)
L~1/4 cottage cheese w/ cinnamon and splenda
S~3 reduced fat wheat thins
D~3 oz chicken steak (extra tender steak in the oven) w/ steamed califlower (2 small pieces)
Liquids~70 oz
Exer****~none today (giving my body a break since I go to the gym everyday, unless sex counts) lol
Vitamins~done
