Hey Family How is everyones day going? Mine is good. I'm posting early because me and my partner are going to go out and enjoy this beautiful weather. Here is whats on my menu... B~1/4 C. Egg beaters omlette L~1/4 C. Tuna salad on lettuce D~1/2 a grilled chicken breast, few bites of mashed potatoes and salad. S~Protein shake Everyone have a nice evening. Kay

It is snowing here today! Yuck. I don't think that Spring will ever get here. I wish we could have beautiful weather to enjoy today. Here is what is planned to go down the hatch: B - Protein Shake S - 4 Almonds L - Cottage Cheese D - Broccoli and cheese Water - about 32 oz. - half way there Have a good night! Jenn

First off, I have to admitt that last night I ate a girlscout cookie! a thin mint. It was devine. Ok, for today... I am only past lunch, but this is the plan: B: 4oz CC Choco milk, 4oz Carb Control Blueberry yogurt L: Southwest chicken bake (3oz boneless chicken breast, some fat free southwest ranch, and 1 oz fat free cheese melted on top) D: Plan to have 3 oz LF cottage cheese with sundried tomato pesto and some Nectar later on. *will post totals later on after actually eating diner.

I also sneaked a small slice of pork bacon in after diner tonight TOTALS: Cals 600 Fat 15 Carbs 28 Protein 85 Fluids: not bad Vits: 1/2 done and i even remembered my calcium supp today Exercise: Got a new pilates tape that I may try out This rain is really messing up my walking routing

Hi Kay I truly look forward to seeing your beaming smile every day!! B: 1 packet Quaker Low Sugar apples & cinnamon oatmeal L: Grilled chicken garden salad at Burger King (ate only the chicken, 3 pieces of lettuce, and one cucumber slice) S: 5 triscut crackers D: leftover chicken, spinach, sundried tomato stuff from yesterday Vitamins in, slacked on exercise today, 1/2 way there on fluids. Hi Kay, Today was a good day, almost Friday also. Hope you & your partner enjoy the nice weather, it is cool out here. Here is what I had today: B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit N Fit Yogurt/Strawberry L-a small Yam and 1/4 c. of Sorgento moon & stars cheese shapes D-1/2 c. of Boca Meatless Chili and a few bites of salad Water-40 ounces so far Vitamins-Check Have a good evening, Carly

Hi Kay, The weather was good here too but I can not wait until the weekend, it is suppose to be 65 and that is great for NY right now. lol. Here is what I had today: B~8 oz CIB (Vanilla) L~1/4 cottage cheese w/ cinnamon and splenda S~3 reduced fat wheat thins D~3 oz chicken steak (extra tender steak in the oven) w/ steamed califlower (2 small pieces) Liquids~70 oz Exer****~none today (giving my body a break since I go to the gym everyday, unless sex counts) lol Vitamins~done ~Dawn 340/308/275/150
