Hi Friends, Good news. I have lost an additional 7 lbs.! For the first time in two years, I was able to be weighed on a regular doctor's scale. Also, after my appointment, I went to K-Mart and was able to make it through the store without having to use an electric cart. It felt so good to go shopping on my own two feet. I am so happy right now. I just wanted to share this with my OH friends. Big Hugs, Rosa

Shopping on your own without the cart is soooo cool! Great for you!

I have an Aunt that uses a cart and once she got in it she has never gotten out. Now she is not even coming to family events because she can't make it up the 3 stairs to our house. I feel so bad for her. So, I totally understand how great of an accomplishment this is for you! You go girl! Leeanne
