B-south beach almond cranberry bar
L-spinach,chicken,cheese,blackbean and roasted corn roll-up
S-1/4 fresh mango
D-Turkey chilli w/cheese
S-Boiled egg

Yes please talk to your doctor about your situation-not to be preaching at you but if you dont get in the required amount of protein you are at risk for losing muscle instead of fat and your weight loss can actually slow down if your not eating besides the fact your organs need the nutrition to keep working--my friend who had surgery 4 years ago didnt eat enough protein from very early on etc and she has had problems--good luck to you and I can relate as well there are days that I force a protein drink down or a 3 oz vile of profect protein just to get in another 25grams of protein to meet my requirements because I just am not hungry

There are days when I don't feel like eating also. Actually today was one of them.
Oh well tomorrow is another day to work at it and those protein shakes do help.

L-1/2 c. of Egg salad with 6 saltines
D-1/2 of a turkey wrap with american cheese, lettuce tomato, few bites of a dill pickle
S-
Water-16 ounces so far and sipping

B: 5oz Carb Countdown Chco Milk, then a few hours later 4oz
Carb Control Yogurt
L: Insides of seasame chicken south beach wrap (2 oz chicken, reduced cal sauce, whole wheat crunchy things)
S: small sugar free jello from the south beach wrap pack
D: Cheesy Chicken (lime chicken breast, cream cheese, fat free cheddar, all baked together) diped in salsa
S: later will have some sort of protein push- nectar? power crunch? protein bits? not sure, but need something to push me to my daily intake goal.

B 1/4 piece of toast with half scrambed egg
S none
L 10 tiny cornchips (size of quarters) made w/ lots of flax seeds in them..scooped into 2 tblsp of canned salmon mixed with mayo & green relish
S hot tea
D 2 shrimp w/ 1 teaspoon seafood sauce..hot!
S 2 tablsp homemade chili w/ mixed beans and ground chicken
also drank 3/4 litre of barely flavoured water..the most ever for me since surgery!!
AND IT ALL STAYED DOWN!!!!!!
holy moly! (hubby was thrilled..said Id sleep well tonight and Id feel better tomorrow *s* and even my son Derek gave me a thumb's up!)
