EATING
Just wondering what all the January people are eating for meals and how much.
Here is an example of what I eat,
B 1/4 c. cottage cheese. pears
L 2 oz. turkey breast 1/4 c green beans
Protein shake
D 1/4 c tuna, 1/4 c green beans 1/4 cup peaches
Does this sound about right to what all of you are eating?
I would really appreciate your comments.
If you only eat Wendy's chile, how much do you eat, 1/2 c. or 1 c.?

I am not a good one to ask. But I will tell you anyway.
I drink abgout 1/2 cup of tea w/milk & 1tsp sugar
and 2 peanut butter nabs for breakfast.
I eat 1/2 of a protein bar for snack.
I eat about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of chili or beans for lunch.
I eat the other 1/2 protein bar for snack.
what I eat for dinner varies greatly but usually about
1 tbls cooked veggies, 1-2 oz meat and maybe a small bite of potatoes.
I eat SF popsicles for a night time snack.
After reading my typical day... I think I had better work harder on getting my proteins in...

my surgeons requirements for eating for at least the first 4 months is this:
2oz of food(preferably protein) 6 times a day
or
2oz of food 4 times a day along with 2 protein shakes
either way it totals 80 grams of protein and at this point we dont need to be counting calories etc as long as we follow those rules-I had surgery 1/16 and am down 53 lbs
