What's on YOUR menu for Saturday

Hope everyone is enjoying thier weekend. It's beautiful here, and I've been spending all day outside just about. Here's my menu:
B-Protein shake
L-4 oz. Carb Control yogurt and 1/4 cup soy nuts
D- 2 oz. chicken and broccoli
S- Atkins strawberry shake...soooo good
Went walking for 6 miles today!!! Power walking and jogged for the last few minutes. My thighs and butt are aching!!!

Hi Kay and everyone else!
Isn't it surreal that we are all coming up or at 2 months post op already? It just seems like last night I was prepping to go into the hospital. Time flies when your having fun right?
B: skipped. Sipped some diet peach snapple iced tea.
L: antipasto salad with FF ranch (small bowl)
S: 7 mini pretzels
D: some more antipasto salad with FF Ranch
Vitamins in, doing good on fluids, did not move to loose however (I'm still tired from a LONG night in Atlantic City yesterday)

L - I had a very small portion of my mothers ham/cheese/mushroom omlette, 1/2 slice of wheat toast
S - Power crunch bar (which I puked back up so those will be returned)
D - Steak, baked potato, corn
S - Will have to have a Matrix hot chocolate
I just realized I have not taken my vitamins and my water is very very low today maybe 20 oz so far. I have been having a problem all day keeping liquids down
