Hey!!! How is everyone doing? I'm doing good. I'm sorry I'm late posting but I've been out and about all day. The weather here is beautiful. I wore a pair of shorts today and I have not worn shorts in 2 years! A pair of jean shorts at that. I felt great!! Here is what I ate... B~1 egg, 1 slice of lean turkey and 1 slice of 2% cheese S~1/2 a Power crunch bar.. Yummy! L~Protein smoothie from Smoothie king.. OMG this was so good. D~Inside of a Chicken soft taco S~SF Popsicle. Hello.........Here is what I ate for sunday the day before I have to go back to work....... B: 1/4 beef chili with no beans 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese melted on top 7 sour cream baked ritz crackers L: Protein Bar S: 1/4 cup mustard flavored pretzels S: 5 triscuits 1 dried cranberry 16.9 oz Protein peach juice 10 oz fruit punch crystal light Sort of bad day dumped after eating protein bar. suzan

Today was a REALLY bad day for me. B - coffee L - 2 bites of wendys chili then I felt sick S- babybel mild cheddar D- kraft triscuit to go snack My calories are 240 and my protein is 13. It doesn't get much worse than this. Tomorrow I will make every effort to have a good food day. I started my cycle today and when I have my period, I just feel sick.

This is what I had B-2 Eggs/Cheese and turkey bacon L-Cheese/chips/salsa S-Yogurt D-2 oz. grilled steak, couple bites of potatoes/ 1T corn
