Good for you for making that decision. It looks GREAT! My daughter (13 yr. old) just did the same thing last month. She's always had very long hair and when she made the decision, she took off 10 inches and donated to locks of love. I could not believe the difference in the way she looked afterwards. Roni

Awww...it's so cute! How very gutsy of you too! I have had long hair since I grew it out in high school from a very unfortunate short/layered/perm hair decision I made. I think it's sort of a "thing" for me as it's the only feature I have that I consistently get compliments on, however, I've thought of cutting it before for the same reason...sort of a new start. Keep up the FANTASTIC work! Beth
