Hey Kay, I want to today. My monthly friend is due and ever since I was 13 I always ate like a pig right before I got it. I feel like I have been grazing all day. Am I the only one that gets this way during this time of the month? B: quaker "weight control" cinnamon oatmeal (added one teaspoon splenda brown sugar) L: 4oz tuna with FF miracle whip S: baby carrots & cucumber with FF ranch dressing D: about 1 cup of Chicken Perkelt (see below) S: 4 triscuits with natural PB (I NEVER eat 2 snacks in one day) I found the recipe for the chicken perkelt on www.allrecipes.com under the healthy living section. Here is a link to the recipe: http://chicken.allrecipes.com/az/ChicknPrklt.asp It turned out really good. I used FF sour cream and whole wheat pasta. It was virtually fat free and had 46 grams of protein in one serving (the whole wheat pasta had 17 grams, chicken had 27, sour cream and mushrooms 1 a piece. Dawn

Hi Dawn. I get the same way around my monthly. I crave salt. I could eat a whole bag of chips during that time. Hang in there! That recipie sounds awesome. Thanks for sharing that site. I found some really good recipes. Kay

Question on the Spanikopita, Is all the protein from the cheese? Did the pastry or butter in it give you any trouble? I am dying for some good Greek. I have had no trouble with anything so far (even Indian!).
