What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?

How is everyone doing today? I'm doing good.
I don't know where all the energy I got came from the past two days but it sure feels good. I haven't been able to clean my entire house in one day in a long time. I seriously can't sit still.
Anyway.. This is what I ate today..
B~Special K protein cereal with 4 oz of CC milk
L~1/4 C. Tuna Salad, 5 mini wheat thins from a 100 calorie pack
D~ 1/2 a baked chicken thigh and 2 steamed brocilli tops
S~4 oz of Chocolate CC milk with a scoop of protein
Exercise: Missed my morning walk but I'll be walking this evening
Water: 45 oz of Water and Propel so far.
DONT FORGET YOUR VITAMINS!!!!!

I'm doing good, it is snowing and very windy here. At least Curves is all indoor and I just have to walk from the car.
So glad to see you up'd your food intake you must be feeling better.
B-Nothing (slept in)
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid 1% Cottage Cheese with a few blueberries
D-1/2 of a Fresh Turkey burger grilled, 1/8 c. of corn & 1/8 c. of brussel sprouts
S-Chocolate Power Crunch Bar
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check

This is my first time posting to this particular thread, but I thought it would help me to actually see what I've eaten.
B-1/2 slice toasted rye bread with p-nut butter
S-sf pudding (about 1/2 of the container)
L-Italian meatloaf, potatoes augratin (a few bites of each)
D-1/2 container of yogurt
Had to take hubby to Dr. this afternoon so I didn't fix any dinner tonite. He has bronchitis and didn't feel like eating.

I have been overcome with energy too recently. I am finding that the little errands that I would make my 7 year old do for me; I am doing myself. (ie: getting a diaper for the baby, putting my glass in the sink)
My menu:
B: Skipped, went to the grocery store to get stuff for dinner
L: one slice of light Rye bread toasted with I can't believe it's not butter
S: 1 power crunch protein bar
D: Slow cooker sweet and tangy chicken (Recipe is on my post "read ALL the labels first"), 1 heaping tablespoon wild rice, 1 tablespoon white corn.
Vitamins in, Exercise completed, doing good on fluids.
