What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?

I wish spring would get it's butt in gear and get here already!! We had 3 days of mild mid 70s weather. Then today it's freezing and windy. My poor Honey is out working in it too. (I love him, but better him then me
)
My Menu:
B: 3/4 packet of "reduced sugar" quaker oatmeal (apples and cinnamon)
L: 1/2 tuna sandwich on light rye (toasted/made with FF Miracle Whip)
S: 1 "Go Lean" Ch. Chip cookie. (15 grams protein) Was kinda nasty.
D: Morningstar Farm's Philly Cheestake style veggie burger w/small salad

I haven't been hungry today, but I ate because I know that I have to.
B-about 1/2 of a scrambled egg
3 bites of a sausage link
S-Edy's 100% fruit bar
L-Lean pocket--I usually eat the meatballs from a lean pocket, but I could only eat about 3 of the teeny tiny meatballs today. My dogs ate the rest
D-small salad with ham & cheese
I haven't gotten in enough fluids today & I have an awful headache. Hubby has bronchitis & son has sinus infection. I hope I'm not getting sick.

Today it is freezing here, went from 3 mild days to around 30 degrees with high winds. I just hope Spring decides to get here soon. I'm doing good overall. Here is my menu:
B-4 ounces Dannon Lit N Fit Strawberry Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid 1% Cottage Cheese with Blueberries
D-1/2 of a Fresh Turkey Burger, a little salad, brushetta topping. (tomato)
Water: 40 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check

b- I had water WAS having a hard time going back to eating yesterday I just had liquids
l- a piece of grilled chicken
d- some pork roast and english peas
s- sf pop
I've had 20 oz of water, 8 oz of OJ light low sugar, 10 oz of light lemonade (chik-fil-a) it has only 3g of sugar in a large and I couldn't drink all mine but it takes like real lemons! It was so good!
Exercise: Water aerobics 1 hour

We are under a snow advisory
They are talking about 2-4" overnight - Yuck!
Anyway here's what was on my menu today. Wasn't very up to eating:
Breakfast - 2 oz muenster cheese
Lunch - Powercrunch Triple Chocolate Bar
Dinner - Salad - 2oz turkey, 1oz Parmasean cheese, 5 black olives, 1/4c chick peas, 4 raw muchrooms, 5 baby carrots, 3tbs ff Ceaser Italian Dressing
1/2 Bottle Isopure mixed with Crystal Lite Lemonade
10 minutes on Treadmill - a new record for me today
