What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Hi I am new to posting to this forum but wanted to jump in! I just had a stricture fixed on the 10th started eating again this week. I hate protein shakes but know that I need to get back to them....
b-sm green banana with lc pnut butter
s-lc vanilla yogurt
l-grilled chicken salad w/soy ginger dressing
s-Laughing Cow light cheese wedge w/2 wheat crackers
d-spaghetti meat/sauce salad w/South Beach ranch
Oh and a light Mocha Frappuccino.
Not too bad but not great. I get so bored too easy!
