Hello everyone................. Today I had the following......... B: 1 cup nonfat milk 1 scoop protein powder "vanilla pineapple" yummy L: 1 lowfat mozzarella string cheese 1 oz of lobster leftover from dinner last night plain no butter 1 saltine cracker 1/4 cup of mashed potato D: 1 cup of water 1 scoop of protein powder "vanilla pineapple" yummy

Ug, I did not feel like eating today at all! F: 8 oz Carb Countdown Milk B: 4 oz Vanilla Carb Control Yogurt L: 1 oz Turkey Pepperoni chips and 2 Tbs FF Cream Cheese S: 1 oz Tender Beef Jerky (did not sit well, i will stick with turkey from now on when doing jerky) D: 1 scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel w/ 8 oz SF Orangeade F: (plan to have) another nectar drink later on tonight TOTALS: Cals 580 Fat 19 Carbs 18 Protein 84 Exercise: Walked 35 minutes (did a small jog, and one hill during walk) Fluids: Ok, I am addicted to the Lean SoBe in Grapefruit Cranberry! Vits: Done

Kay, I used to love those southwest pitas when i was dieting pre-op... haven't even thought about them post-op, but now i will have to try one! Thanks for reminding me they are out there
