What's on YOUR menu for Friday?


Hi Kay! Sounds like you have a great weekend planned! Enjoy the retail therapy!
Feel alot better... last night after I tried the tuna wrap from saubway I was SO sick! Then this morning, got a migraine... ugh. Now, feeling almost 100%...
I haven't eaten today... but will try something bland soon. Today is my mom's birthday and we're going out to a steak place, so gotta be able to eat yummy cow, shrimp or chicken! lol I have had about 32 oz of water though, so that is helping.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all! I have the day off...YAY! So I am hanging out. I went through my closet and tried on all the clothes and have 2 giant garbage bags full of TOO BIG clothes that I am going to give away..Yippee!
So...today:
B: 1 slice toast w/ peanut butter and jam
L: 1/2 tuna sandwich and a piece of fresh pineapple
D: I am not sure...maybe a bowl of clam chowder or another meatless soup.

Hi guys. Im trying to get back on track with my menu.
B: 1/2 egg w/ cheese and veggie sausage (13p)
L: protein shake (20p)
D: ? maybe egg w/ sausage
am vit.
48oz water so far. Will make it to 80oz.
Plan on going for a walk down by the river soon. There is a beautiful walking trail located close by.

Hi Kay~
Well Friday is starting to wind down and before you know it Monday morning well be creeping back up. Funny how weekends fly by huh?
My menu today:
B: 1/2 of an "Oh Yeah!" protein bar. (I was on my way to the gym and remembered I didn't eat. This was all I had and there was no way I was eating the whole thing...380 calories, 19 grams fat, 32 carbs!!)
L: 1/2 of a chicken salad wrap from Arby's
D: the other 1/2 of the wrap. (and yes, I eat the wrap too.)
Vitamins in, still need about 30oz of fluids (but I have time), 2 hours of exercise completed (about 1000 calories burned)!

I jealous that you can go for such nice walks outside. It is freezing here around 30 degrees. At least its TGIF!!
B-Nothing (slept in)
L-4 ounces Dannon Lit N Fit Strawberry Yogurt
S-1/2 of a Power Crunch Bar
D-1/2 c. of turkey, few bites of mashed potato and chef salad
S-Other 1/2 of the Power Crunch Bar
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise-Twice at curves this week & going tomorrow morning.

L- Lemon Chicken (so yummy)
S-5 pretzels
D- went out to my favorite diner and had some awesome sheppard's pie that I split with my hubby!!!
I have no idea how much water I had today, but I know it wasn't enough!!
