What's on YOUR menu for Saturday
Good Afternoon Ladies
How is everyone doing? I'm doing pretty good. I hope everyones weekend is going well!!
My dinner didn't agree with me last night so I just had liquids for breakfast and lunch.
This is what I ate...
B~ 4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein
L~ 4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein
S~ 1/2 a Power Crunch bar (Vanilla)
D~ small salad w/ thinly sliced turkey, 1/2 boiled egg, cheese and lite olive oil vinigarette
S~ Other half of the Power crunch bar
Water: 40 oz of water and propel so far
Vitamins: done except the iron I take before bed.
Exercise: I missed my morning walk
BUT I will walk 25 min. after dinner.

My weekend is going well. I just got back from getting my nails done. (or like we said in high school "I got my nails did!"
) I just gotta say, "I LOVE being girly!!"
My menu:
B: Skipped
L: BLT salad from KFC with FF ranch (I ate the chicken and about 2 forkfulls of tomatoes and bacon)
D: not sure yet, I'm getting ready to run to Walmart so I will probably grab something on the way home.
Vitamins in, about 40 oz of fluids
, 90 mins at the gym

I am so going to get my nails did now!
I think an important part of my weight loss is self worth and confidence... so this will be something that will help me on my way.
However, I also need an exercise motivator... so... i was thinking that if i meet my personal exercise goal (at least 30 min 5x a week) then I will treat myself to a manicure.
