Hi Marie! I have same problem. Try flaxseed or benefiber chewables. I have no problems after I take those...lol. Flaxseed capsules they have also. I have used those. Take care! Andrea

I'm sorry your having an issue with this but happy I'm not the only one. I only go every 4 days and when I do, It feels like I'm passing rocks. (Sorry i'm the queen of TMI). Everyone says drink more water, I did that. So what next?? I really need a solution. I hope you find one. I think I'm going to buy some fiber chewables next. I hope they work Kay

I had a problem a few weeks ago, after not having a BM for 5 days I finally had one...that took 2 days, 3 suppositories and 2 enemas to pass it... it was hard and large like a baseball and hurt so bad..since then I have been taking 2-3 Fiber Choice (inulin based) fiber chewables each day and try to eat a sliver of an apple everyday too... I have BM's daily now

My dr. recommended one Dulcolax every day. It has been working for me.

Get in good fiber with beans and tofu if you like it. Soy products are also good fibre. Apple sauce or real apples. Fruit. Too much dairy will stop you up quickly, too. Alternate regular milk with soy milk or get off regular milk completely. (regular being cow milk not indicative of the fat content). Mix up the cheeses between soft and firmer cheeses. And be sure to get some natural fat in your diet. A bit of butter, olive oil, avocado or canola oil - small quantities here and are are important. Fats lubicate the intestine allowing smoother passage. My support group leader talks about this every week, its her favorite topic. And finally, walk, walk, walk. Gravity can be a powerful friend.
