How is everyone today? I'm ok.
It's been raining and cold all day so I just chilled out in the house.
TMI -> Constipation is killing me! I was in pain all last night and this morning. I called my doc. and he told me to drink that green bottle of laxitive. It worked a little but nothing is really working good. This is the only part of the surgery that I HATE! I don't know what else to do
I couldn't eat anything today. My surgeon told me to come see him Thursday.

L~Protein shake
D~Protein shake
S~Protein shake
Exercise: I'm going to do "Walk away the pounds" since its raining.
Water: I've drank 60 oz of water and propel so far
Vitamins: done!

I had:

S~ 5 almonds
L~light n fit yogurt
S~string cheese
D~ Jerk Chicken (very spicey seasoning) and :barf
s~s/f ice pop
Exercise~went to gym (bike 30min, weights, jumping jacks, 80 crunches)
Vitamins~check
liguids~not sure but more then 50 oz so far

Here's what I had today
B~weight control cinnamon oatmeal(about 1/2 the packet)
L~SBD chicken and cashew dinner(again, about 1/2)
D~hot dog(Thanks Susan!
), 3 mini perogies, cukes w/ranch and one small strawberry
Fluids~48 oz so far, still drinking!

I must be the only one that hasn't had a dookey issue. (not something I will run and tell my friends, but I'm grateful none the less
)
B: quaker lower sugar cinnamon apple oatmeal
L: left over salad from last night's dinner
D: fruit & veggies (broccoli, carrots, celery, strawberries, honeydew, pineapple, and watermelon)
S: small handful of mixed nuts
I have done terrible with fluids today..maybe 40oz? Vitamins in, 90 mins at the gym.

Man I feel like such a pig today. I did well then it went all to crap at about 8. The kids were screaming and fighting and the stress got to me....ugh!
B: 1 string cheese and 1 oz turkey jerky (19p)
L: grilled fish (17p)
D: 1 bite pasta, 2 peanut butter crackers and 3/4 boca burger....too much! (11p)

Hi Kay! I hope you're feeling better soon!!!!!!!!! I'm working on getting my protein and water in as well as more excersize!!!!
B- 100 cal quaker granola bar- not the best choice, but something
L- Yoplait Light Smoothie
S- Toppings off of a slice of pizza: cheese and pepperoni
D- Fish, I forgot what kind! LOL it was white, not salmon
S- Made some protein pudding yums
Excercise: 1.5 hours at the college gym- circuit weights and treadmill
Water: maybe 40 oz
Vitamins- done!
