What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Heyyyyy Ladies!!
How is everyones day? Mine has been good. It's so cold here now. I miss the beautiful weather we had last week.
Here is my menu....
B~Protein shake
L~1/2 C. Chicken soup. (Chicken, Carrots, celery and onion)
D~1/2 C. Chicken soup and 2 unsalted top saltine crackers
S~4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein.
Water: Not too good! 25 oz of Water and Propel but I'm still sipping!!
Exercise: 25 minute walk
Vitamins: Done!

Good evening Kay! My day was pretty good, I had to meet with my college advisor to schedule fall classes, very stressful! It is so hard to find classes that accomodate my work and family schedule. Anyhow, here is what I had today!
B~weight control cinnamon oatmeal w/skim milk
L~2 cheddar cheese sticks
D~fresh cod(did not go down well at all, only had 2-3 bites) and 4 sweet potato fries(YUMMY!!)
Fluids~45oz so far

I'm doing good a little chilly here also. I can't wait until summer. I had the day off from work yesterday so that is why I didn't post. Hope your doing well. Here goes:
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit n Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of FF Cottage Cheese & 1 Cheese Stick
D-1/2 of a piece of grilled chicken, 1/4 c. of canned corn & a few bites of tossed salad
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check

Hey Kay!!
First things first...how is your dookie dilema???
I'm confused. Wasn't yesterday the first day of spring? Then why was it colder today then 2 weeks ago?? Come on 70s!!!!
my menu:
B: Weight control cinnamon oatmeal w/a sprinkle of splenda brown sugar
L: skipped (I at breakfast around 10:30 and wasn't hungry)
D: 1 1/2 pieces of turkey italian sausage.
Vitamins done, working diligently on water, just got home from 2 hours at the gym.
CAN YOU BELIEVE I GOT A PARKING TICKET AT THE GYM!!! On a positive note, That is a sentence I never would have said a year ago.

Hey Kay!!!!! You are doing so well in your journey!!! 
I bet you feel wonderful, don't cha?? lol
I'm off to a slow start today, but plan to make up for it tonight with the protein pudding I made.
B- Nada
L- Tried the onthego packs of crackers and cheese, didn't taste too good
S- 1 oz honey roasted peanuts- less calories, more protein the normal ones at .99 cent store! WEIRD!
D-
S- Protein Pudding! yummy
Water- horrible- 16 only, will shoot for 50 by tonight.
Exercise- did on the job interview at a vet's office, walked for 2 hours then walked around my school campus
Vitamins- easier when I take 'em at night for some reason
