what's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Hello Ladies
How is everyone today? I'm doing good. Just freezing! I can't wait for the sun to come back out.
Here is what I ate today...
B~Power Crunch Bar.. ate most of it.
L~Grilled Chicken breast and onions, 1/4 C. black beans and 2 Tbs. corn
S~Rest of my Power crunch bar from breakfast
D~Protein shake
S~4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein
Vitamins: Done!
Water: 38 oz so far
Exercise: will do my 25 minute walk after dinner.

s-1 oz string cheese
l-protein ball
dinner-2 oz turkey meatloaf
s- will be a protein shake after my workout
vitamins-done
water- so far 72oz will probably get in another 16 by bedtime
exercise-getting ready to do 45 minutes on the treadmill

Hi Kay~
My menu today:
B: Low Sugar apples and cinnamon oatmeal
L: a wrap from Subway: 3 pieces of deli meat turkey, 1 slice of cheese, 1 pinch of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 1 pinch of red onions, & FF honey mustard dressing.
S: power crunch bar...made me feel woozey. Probably ate too much too fast.
D: 1 chicken drumstick with low carb BBQ sauce, 1 teaspoon corn, 1 teaspoon mashed potatoes.
Vitamins taken, over 64 oz water, 75 mins at the gym

I'm doing good, also freezing over here. Can't wait until the sun & warmth comes back. Here goes:
B-4 ounces Dannon Lit N Fit Strawberry Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of FF Cottage Cheese & a string cheese
D-1/4 c. of roasted chicken, few roasted potatos & a small tossed salad
Water-32 ounces so far
Vitamins-Check
Exercise-30 minutes at curves

Evening Kay
Breakfast: 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: 1/5oz smoked turkey breast & 1 oz muenster cheese
Dinner: Great salad - fresh spinach, black olives, baby carrots, fresh mushrooms, parmesaun cheese (real stuff not from the can) about 2tbs., 2 oz turkey with lowfat ceaser vinegret dressing. It was really good.
Drank 1/2 bottle of Isopure Alpine Punch with Crystal Lite Lemonade (74oz total)
Vitamins Check
Iron check
Excersis (I can't even spell this word
) 150 reps on my Cardiotrack and 5 Minutes on the Treadmill!
