What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Hello Ladies
How is everyone doing? I'm doing good.
Today I had my two month post op visit and my surgeon says I'm doing good. I don't own a scale so I was suprised that I'm down to 332 lbs. Since surgery I have lost 56 lbs. My grand total weight loss since this journey is 118 lbs. I'm so friggin proud of myself
Here is my menu...
B~Protein shake
S~1/2 a Vanilla Power crunch bar
L~ Lettuce, 1/4 C. plain tuna and 1/2 a boiled egg w/ lite dressing
D~Lettuce, sliced turkey, 1/2 a boiled egg, w/ lite dressing
S~4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein
Exercise: 25 min. walk
Water: 40 oz so far
Vitamins: check!

Here's my menu so far:
Breakfast: 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: 1/2 SB Kung Pao Chicken Frozen Meal - It's Yummy and I kept it down this time (I ate it really slow)
Been drinking my Isopure 1/2bottle with Crystal Lite
Think I will make a mushroom & muenster cheese omelet for dinner. Yeah that sounnds good!

Wow...56 pounds!! That is wonderful. And 118 overall...that's a teenager!!
My menu:
B: skipped
L: egg salad made with 1 hard boiled egg, FF miracle whip, salt & pepper
D: Steamed chicken and broccoli from the Chinese place with the sauce on the side. I had 3 pieced of broccoli (w/o stems) and 7 or 8 quarter sized pieces of chicken.
Vitamins taken
Skipped gym today; got my period and didn't feel like going.
1/2 done fluids...I'll finish by bedtime...I have iced tea cooling in the fridge as I type this...yumm
