What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
After I posted that I went back to see what one single fry was and it is 16 calories, 0.71 grams of fat, 0.1 grams of protein, and I forget the carbs.
Funny thing is a few months ago I would have downed a super sized order and not gave it a second thought!!!
Your partner shouldn't make YOU feel guilty, SHE should feel guilty for eating them within arms reach of you!!

Ok, I have not felt like eating lately so I know my protein is down. I will have to see if I keep dropping weight.
B: protein shake
L: veggie sausage w/ cheese
D: 1/3 power crunch bar. Thats about all I can eat of one in a sitting. My pouch doesnt like them that well.

! That is a great accomplishment and I can't wait until I get there. And you have me hooked on CC Choc milk...it's like liquid crack to me!
Here's what I had:
B- 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese w/ 2 peach slices
S- IDS Vanilla Cinnamon protein shake w/ 8 oz. CC milk
L- SB Turkey Bacon club wrap with only half of toasted wrap and some caesar salad
D- 1 drumstick 4 broccoli spears and pinch of cornbread from Boston Market...it sat pretty well and I felt like I ate alot! Gave me some gas though
S- 1 LF cheesestick and 8 turkey pepperoni burnt so it's like chips...yummy!
Exercise: 45 min on elliptical 30 min on treadmill
Fluids: 84 oz. and gonna drink some tea before bed
Vitamins: a done deal

CC is Carb Control. They have chocolate and regular milk. The chocolate is good. It really taste like real chocolate milk w/ less sugar. I add a scoop of protein to 4 oz and thats 22 grams of protein. The only place that I have been able to find it is Super Walmart.

Ok, updating my menu! I forced myself to go to the fitness lab and do thirty minutes of something, and felt mucho bueno!
B- Shake

D- 1 oz peanuts
S- Protein Pudding
Excercise: 15 minutes circuit weights, 15 treadmill (.5 mile)
Vitamins- Check!
Water- probably 55 oz now....

Ok, I am really late this time! I am posting this Friday morning, but I wanted to congratulate you on the AWESOME weight loss! You should be VERY proud!!! WAY TO GO GIRL!!
My menu sucks for yesterday, but i need to be held accountable so here goes,
B~went to my daughter's pancake breakfast at school. the kids tapped maple syrup from the trees behind the school and made everything for the breakfast!
I had 2 bites of pancake just barely dipped in the syrup, and 1/8 cup of fresh fruit. The best i could do, no protien available!
L~nacho supreme from taco bell, just ate the toppings and 2 chips
S~1/2 SBD protien bar
D~boneless bbq pork ribs cooked in the crock pot w/low carb bbq sauce.
(didnt get too much in because I also tried broccoli again, chopped kind that was suggested, and still had trouble. I won't go near broccoli for a while now!)
S~blt wrap-small flatout from walmart(mini version, they are perfect!) w/ bacon, fresh raw spinach, canola mayo and tomato(ate about 3/4)
Fluids~45oz
