Happy Friday!!! How is everyone doing today? I'm doing good. I've had a lazy day today.
So what exciting plans do you have for the weekend?
Here is my menu...
B~4 bites of Weight control oatmeal... 2nd time I've tried this and cybil just doesn't like it.
L~Protein shake
D~Salad w/ 1/4 C. Plain tuna, 1/2 a boiled egg and lite olive oil dressing.
S~4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein
Exercise: 25 min. walk
Vitamins: gotta talk multi in a few... first time I forgot.
Water: 48 oz so far.

I think I'm first. I'm doing good glad that it is Friday.
I'm tired today and can't wait till 10pm so I can go home and watch TV.
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit n Fit Vanilla Yogurt
L-1 Piece of String Cheese
D-1/2 of an Applebee's Chicken Fajita Rollup with a few bites of brocolli
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 30 minutes at curves

Here is my menu. I always feel like I am eating so much more than most of you.
B: Quaker low sugar apples and cinnamon oatmeal made with 2/3 cup 1% lowfat milk.
S: 1 no pudge brownie (a yummy treat!)
L: carrot, celery, onion, bell pepper,cheese, garbanzo bean salad with just2good diet italian dressing; nonfat yoplait blueberry yogurt
S: apple
D: mac and cheese; steamed broccoli.

B: One Profect protein drink (my new fave with 25 grams for only 2.9 fl. oz. of drink)
L: Some roast beef picked off of a roast beef sandwich
S: a few bites of turkey jerky
D: ??? No plans...I don't know. Something with some protein of course.
Exercise: Uh.....
Vitamins: Calcium done...still have to take multi
Water: About 40 oz...need to do better
Hi Kay! Sorry Cybs doesn't like the oatmeal, I can't wait till I can try it! Another weird day. When I'm working at Jack in the box, I never have time to eat..... so I've gotta start packing some munchies or something...
B- 1/4 cup protein pudding (got up early lol)
L- 1 slice ham cooked on the burner; Pookie likes this, but hates regular cold deli meat! CRAZY little pouch!
S- 1 oz peanuts
D- Insides of Taco, mom makes the most yummy of tacos!
Excersize: On feet all day long at good ol' JIB
Vitamins: Need Multi
Water: 32 oz tea in so far!

My menu today:
B: Fruit salad: Watermelon, honeydew, & strawberries
L: Wendy's side salad with grilled chicken on top, RF ranch dressing
D: salad again, FF Kraft Ranch dressing
Vitamins done, getting there on liquids, 2 hours done a the gym
Totals
Calories: 435
Protein: 28 (that's bad, I'll have to grab a shake before bed)
Fat: 13
Carbs: 57 (mostly from all the fruit)
But here's the best part: I burned 1110 calories at the gym so my total calories for today is NEGATIVE 675

Hey French Fry Police
I bought that cereal from Super Walmart a few weeks ago and tried it once. I sliced a strawberry in it and 1 pk. of splenda. It was yummy. I couldn't eat it all but I enjoyed it.
2 hours at the gym??? YOU GO GIRL! I want to start going too but I think I would be a little embarrased still. I'll be the only big girl struggling on the tredmill.

Hey Hey Hey, I'm off duty tonight!!
I have come to grips that I am the biggest person there but you know what...they can kiss my big butt. I work my tail off in that place. I literally have sweat drip all over the machine. And you know what I do when someone gives me eye contact...I wink at them and smile!!
We are both there for the same reason...maybe I have 100 pounds more reason then them, but so what, just by being there I'm showing these people I am serious about making a change.
So my words of advice for you....screw those perfect people and their ugly thoughts...you get in there and burn so fat!!!
And in the words of Tony Little: "YOU CAN DO IT!!!"
