What's on YOUR menu for Friday?
Hi Kay! Sorry to hear about the oatmeal, I do well with it, but there are a few things my tummy can't handle still as well!
B~cheddar cheese stick
L~spinach salad w/grilled chicken and jalapeno ranch dressing
D~toppings off 1 slice of meat lovers pizza
Fluids~48oz so far
gotta go take my vitamins!

Hi all
! My weekend is all about improvisation. I may have a date or two
...don't know yet. Here's what I ate which I felt like I was eating allllllll daaaaaaaay looooooong:
B- 1 egg with 1/2 oz. cheese and 3 slices turkey bacon
S- Matrix chocolate shake....it was pretty good
L- 2 oz. broiled tilapia from Ruby Tuesday's and 4 pieces of broccoli
S- 1/4 soy nuts and 1/2 of LF cheese stick
D- 3 oz. tuna salad with 1/2 boiled egg
Also had some CC choc milk during the day. And Kay I used to feel very embarassed going to the gym especially the one at my college because all the other girls were rails. But then I joined the YMCA and there are all kinds of people there. Not only that, but now anyone who IS looking at me can see me in there everyday and drop the pounds at the same time! But go whenever you're ready and you just may love it!
Excercise: 1 hour kickboxing class and walked around the mall all day
Vitamins: said and done
Fluids: 80 oz...yes!
