Good Afternoon Ladies How is everyone doing? I'm doing good. I'm posting a few minutes early because I have to run to my favorite store, walmart. Here is my menu for the day.... B~Protein shake L~1 string cheese and 3 slices of thinly sliced turkey breast rolled up. S~SF Popsicle D~1/4 C. Eggbeaters omlet w/ turkey and cheese S~4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein. Water: Only 24 oz so far BUT It's still early, I'm still sipping Vitamins: almost done! Exercise: 25 minute walk I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend Kay

Kay~ You are real wild for going in Walmart on the weekend!! Last time I did that I almost fought a woman...really..people started to crowd around us and everything...it was terrible. I limit my walmart shopping to the hours of 9am-2pm M-F. If it isn't between those times on those days, it can wait. My menu today: B: Ok this sounds weird but I had an Ostrich Stick (it tasted jusk like a big slim jim) 80 cal, 3 carbs, 1 gram fat, 13 gram protein!! L: Grilled chicken breast from Mcdonalds. (ordered it plain/threw away bun) S: Protein shake D: Salad topped with canned chicken, FF italian dressing Totals: Calories:483 Fat: 8 Carbs: 21 Protein: 83 my first time over 60 Vitamins done, about 40oz of fluids so far, skipped gym (busy day & raining outside) Dawn

I got it at my local fitness/health food store. The brand is OS TRIM. LOL is just got that os=ostrich It was $1.75 for one, but they are cheaper by the box. Here is the toll free number that was on the label 1-800-274-3263. I know what your asking, why do I have the label sitting here? I needed to enter it into fitday.com Dawn

Here is mine B: 1/2 bagel with 1/2 slice cheese and 1/2 turkey sausage patty S: kettle corn, 1 large strawberry L: Bowl of homemade vegetable soup, approx. 1 oz port salut cheese and 4 lowfat ritz crackers. D: Hamburger patty, salad, a few pieces of potato Have a great weekend everyone! Diana

My day (and eating) was CRAZY. I work with youth and took some teenagers to a youth conference thing... it was fun. But messed over my eating for the day. F: 8 oz Carb Countdown Choco Milk B: None F: 1/2 Nectar Drink (I premade, brought with in bottle) L: 1 oz chicken out of burritos they served F: 1/2 Nectar Drink D: Went to Red Lobster- this was a BIG CHALLENGE since I am allergic to seafood- I ordered the Apple Walnut Chicken Salad- Ate about 3 oz of Chicken off it and a few blue cheese crumbles. F: (will have later) one more Nectar serving TOTALS: (kind of estimated) Cals 550 Fat 15 Carbs 10 Protein 90 Exercise: No time, darn it! Vits: 1/2 Done Fluids: Again, didnt find time, but should try to drink up tonight.

I have been bad today B: 1 oz of imitation crab 1 green onion 1 oz of chicken broiled S: 2 mint girl scout cookies L: 2 oz of terayaki turkey jerky 7 soy crisps crackers D: Maybe soup or protein shake I have a cold and seem to have more cravings today on top of having my monthly........Ugh! It's my first time going off the strick rules of having no foods........And no dumping after eating the sugar........I'm going to toss those dorn cookies my husband went out and bought.... suzan
