Hello Ladies How is everyone enjoying their day? I'm having a nice day. Here is my menu for the day.... B~4 oz Yoguart L~1/4 C. Eggbeaters, 1 slice of ham and sprinkle of cheese D~Protein shake S~Protien shake Water: 40 oz so far Exercise: none I might walk later but its just so cold! My day was fine. I sat around the house and watched the race. B: pork rinds and turkey jerky L: 3-4 oz chilli D: 1 grilled chicken strip 80 oz water am vit 3 mile walk Not looking forward to "Monday Morning Weigh-in". I think its just been a bad week for me. Havent been getting in enough fluids and that usually makes a big difference in my weight. kristi

So I went on the hunt for a new pair of jeans... I am inbetween sizes 5 hours later, still no new jeans (but a lot of other crap that wasn't needed ) B: 8 oz Carb Countdown Choco Milk L: 2 oz broiled chicken breast, 5 slices light salami D: Nectar Drink, 1 forkfull of a calzone F: (plan to have) Nectar Drink before bed TOTALS Cals 475 Fat 15 Carbs 10 Protein 78 Exersice: Nope, but I did shop today, was on my feet for hours Fluids: ok Vits: Need to take tonight. I started an alarm system in my phone, it is helping.

I tried on some jeans this weekend and I'm also inbetween sizes. Its so frustrating. My pants now fit me around the waist but baggy everywhere else. I'm loosing weight everywhere except in my gut. Kay

For real, that is *exactly* how it is for me. I am such an apple shape body with my limbs purtruding out. But I hope that the stomach goes, maybe I should be glad its slow going, maybe less chance of excess skin? Heres to hoping

Hi Kay! Worked at Jack In the Box today, so didn't eat well... but wanted to drop by and say hey! B- 1 oz peanuts L- nada S- (afterwork) 1 oz peanuts D- 2 oz chicken S- protein pudding Water- Probaby 45-60 oz, not too sure Excercise- Work, ugh so tiring!
