Hello to all. I am a lurker, I post every once in a while, so I don't know too many of you. I just wanted to ask if everyone has this fantastic amount of energy that I have. Surgery was 23 Jan, loss is 49 pounds as of this morning, and I am feeling GREAT! I take the prenatal vitamins (iron was low) now, my calcium supplement and also increased to two B-12 sublinguals each Monday. I guess it's the weight loss combined with the B-12 but I don't remember the last time I've had this much energy. My house is cleaner, I'm mowing the grass now (because it's not killing me), I'm up on the clothes washing, taking care of other things, even small things like wiping the bathroom down every day and making my bed every morning. Are you all experiencing this rush of wonderful energy? I hope so. Kim P.

I do feel some more energy but not the rush of energy you are speaking of. I hope I do get it though! Leeanne

Kim, People have asked me if I am "weak" because I am not eating as much, but like you, I have lots more energy. It's great!

Hi Kim Yes, I have been a ball of energy too. When I do take the time to sit down all I do is think "what can I do? What needs to be done?" I have even gotten to the point that I am loading the dishwasher while my family is still eating. Dawn

Hello, Dawn. Sounds like me at home. I, too, load the dishwasher, clean up while everyone is eating sometimes. I like to have dinner with the family and am still working on having my food ready with theirs. It's difficult sometimes. But I wake up on the go and am on the go at bedtime. I love it!

I'm glad you mentioned this. My energy level has gone way up. I am not sleeping in late on the weekends anymore either which is interesting. I just wake up and am ready to go. Karen S. Highest/Surgery/Current 273 / 255 / 207

I had surgery the same day you did. The first two months were HELL for me. I was dragging all of the time, had no energy, was cranky (and the list goes on). However, once I turned 2 months and beyond, I notice that I am beginning to feel more like myself in terms of energy is concerned. I hope it continues to get better and better. I haven't experienced a surge of energy that lots of people talk about, but I am encouraged that I am not dragging completely like I was before....that was just awful awful awful. Chele

I've been struggling lately too...that is until this past weekend. I didn't even realize it till my husband mentioned how I kept going and going and going... I cleaned our basement up, orgainzied our exercise room, did laundry, put laundry away, cleaned out two closets, swept and vacumed, cleaned the bathroom, dusted, started to work on my office, cook, make lunches, etc... IT WAS SO COOL! (the only problem is I was starting to get a little *****y at the hubby for not pitching in and for making a mess at what I cleaned up, MEN!!!!!!!!)
