How is everyone doing today? I'm doing good.
The weather is getting warmer so I cleaned my patio furniture. I'm ready to buy plants. This year I have the energy to take care of them myself.
Here is my menu...
B~Protein shake
L~1 slice of wheat bread w/ turkey breast, slice of cheese and mustard.. toasted
S~ Finished my lunch
D~4 oz blueberry carb control yoguart and 4 grapes.
S~4 oz Chocolate CC milk w/ a scoop of protein
Exercise: walked 30 min... My longest time
Water: 45 oz so far
Vitamins.. only iron left to take.

! I'm thinking about doing the same with some plants this year too. I just have to remember to water them
. Here's what I'm having today:
B- 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese w/ SF preserves
S- Protein shake w/8 oz. CC 2% milk
L- 3 slices of deli turkey, 1 oz. RF cheese and a little salad...it was good!
D- 3 oz. grilled chicken, 1 tsp broccoli, 1 tbsp cheesy potatoes
S- SF pudding w/ protein powder
Exercise: Step class this morning
Water 36 so far....gonna try to get in 80 by tonight
Vitamins: Just have calcium left
And I'm feeling sooooooo much better today!

B: Oatmeal made with 1% milk
1 orange
L: BBQ Pork Sandwich (leftover from last night's dinner)
About 3/4 cup of Carrot,Garbanzo,Celery,Bell Pepper salad w/diet dressing
S: 1 choc covered macademia nut candy
D: Pinto Beans, 1/2 Chicken Thigh, Wheat tortilla, Cheese and Salsa
Apple or Banana
I have been exercising every morning for about a week...I wake up at 5:30 and walk for 35 minutes before going to work. I am proud of myself because it has always been such a struggle!

How are you doing today? I'm doing good, another Monday. It was actually pretty nice out today, so hopefully it'll be warm soon.
B-Nothing (slept in)
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid 1% Cottage Cheese w/a few fresh raspberries & a cheese stick
D-1/2 c. of Buffalo Chicken Salad with few bites of lettuce, celery & tomatos
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Day off

Good evening Kay! I have been feeling crappy today, I think I am getting a cold, so didn't eat or drink much at all. Here's what I had...
B~8 oz CC chocolate milk(couldn't resist you guys make it sound so good and it was! Thanks for the tip.)
L~1/2 atkins peanut butter granola bar
D~meatloaf(about 5 bites)
Fluids~about 36oz so far(much better than yesterdays 24
)

B: 2/3 cup Special K Plus Protein with CC milk
L: 1 can tuna; dry
D: 1 thin cut pork loin with Low carb BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons rice & beans
Totals:
Calories consumed: 414 Calories burned at gym: 997
fat: 9
carb: 23
protein: 63
Vitamins done, about 60 oz of fluids in, 2 hours at the gym

Well it rained here today
But it's suppose to warm up later in the week and maybe hit 70 by Thursday
Here's my menu for the day:
B: 1/2C Lowfat cottage cheese & 1/4C green grapes
L: Q-Smart Bar Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip (very yummy)
D: Great Salad - Fresh Spinach 1/2C, 2oz Turkey, 1oz String Cheese, 10 Black olives, 1/4C Fresh Mushrooms, 7 baby carrots. 4tbs lowfat Ceaser Vinegret Dressing - It was really good.
Vitamins and Iron Pill Check
1/2 Bottle of Isopure with Crystal Lite sipped all day - about 75oz
Did 8 minutes on treadmill - my legs feel like rubber!
