What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Everyone's posts sound so yummy so I had to post tonite, too.
B: most of a scrambled egg/turkey meatball/cheese combo
S: Isopure
L: 1/2c bowtie pasta/soy crumbles with tomato sauce and some feta
S: yogurt and more isopure
D: pureed lentils with tofu, 2 oz cheese
Those Q bars are quite tasty and they have low sugar alcohols. Luna also makes a good one, both have 10g protein.
Vitamins - always
Water - doing a consistent 65oz daily
Exercise -
