Here is my menu....
B~Low Carb Slim Fast shake
L~1/3 of a wheat wrap from Jersey Mike Subs.. It had turkey, cheese, lettuce and roasted red peppers. Yum!
S~ 2 oz left of my slim fast from breakfast.
D~ Protein shake
S~4 oz Chocolate CC milk w/ scoop of protein.
Exercise: 30 minute walk
Water: 40 oz so far
Vitamins: iron left to take

Hello JANUARY Board:
Today I am home with my son both of us have colds and ear ackes......
B: orangesicle protein shake 28grms protein
13 slices of turkey pepperoni first time trying it..yummy
S: 1/4 cup sour cream soy nuts 11 grms protein
1/2 of a cookies and cream protein bar 14 grams protein
L: 1 bite of my sons chicken strip from mcdonalds
ouch it did not like going down.........................
D: Maybe veggies, fish, fruit for dessert

I'm doing good freezing over here today. Even though it is nice during the day it still gets cold at night. Oh well spring is on its way.
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit n Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese
D-1/2 c. of Buffalo chicken salad, few bites of turkey burger & salad
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 30 minutes at curves

Here's my menu for Tuesday:
Breakfast: 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: 1 1/2c 1% milk with Carnation Instant Breakfast & Chocolate Unjury
Mixed up in my Magic Bullet with a few icecubes. It was really good!
Dinner: SmartOnes Terriaki Chicken & Veg Bowl - was really good too!
645 calories
65 g protien
12 g fat
Pretty good day
Woe is us with our peanut butter!!!
B: 3/4 slice toast, 1/4 avocado, bit of ICBNB, 3 bites cottage cheese
S: 1/4b isopure
L : picked from a sandwich: turkey, avocado, some mayo, melted cheese
S: cheese stick
D: more picking on the sandwich, bite of PEANUT BUTTER with my chocolate calcium chew.
I still need some more protein and will have a bar or more isopure during Boston Legal.
Water - at least 60oz
Vitamins - yep
