What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Here we go...
B- .5 cup eggbeaters omlette with 2 tbsp shredded cheese and 2 tbsp bacon and 2 johnsonville breakfast sausages
S- 4 mini toast (crackers) and 1 tbsp peanutbutter
L- .5 cup pernil pork (pork sholder roasted in a fresh lime sauce)
S - 2 slices extra lean pastrami
D - .5 cup pernil pork and salad made with 1 cup shredded lettuce, 2 tbsp cheese and 2 tbsp bacon bits and 2 tbsp south beach diet salad dressing
Why am I able to eat so much? I'm hungry now as I sit here. It's so frustrating!

B- Felt Lousy, had 8 oz of Earl Gray Tea with 1 Splenda
S- More Tea!
L- One Scrambled Egg
S- One sugar free twizzler
D- I'm trying the new south beach pepperoni pizza... We'll see what happens lol
S- Some CC Choco Milk
Water- 50?
Vitamins- Forgot
Excercise: 1 hour at gym- weights and treadmill (1.1 miles)

I come in and read these everyday, I love em. I am not as good as yall are. I mean I get my walks in most of the time. Not as much as I should. I get all my vitamins in. Water, well also TRYING. I never could do the protein drinks. YUK!!!!! Only thing I could do was Skim milk with the carnation instant breakfast. This is what I had yesterday.
Breakfast-1oz of 2% cheese.
4 low fat club crackers
1 tsp of peanut butter
Snack- 2oz of low carb/low sugar strawberry yogurt.
Lunch- 1/4 cup of roast beef soup
2oz of low sugar applesauce
Snack- 1cup of skim milk w/sugar free strawberry syrup
Dinner- 1/2 cup of tuna fish salad
4 low fat club crackers
Snack- Sugar free popsicle
Everyone keep up the GREAT work. I am 9weeks post and have lost 60lbs I am RIGHT at 101lbs left to lose now to my goal, well I don't wanna say goal, I don't really have a goal, lets just say IDEAL weight.
