Hello ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm doing good. It finally warmed up today and I'm so happy because I'm tired of being cold. I am always freezing now. Here is my menu... B~Protein shake L~ Turkey, cheese, roasted red peppers and mustard wrapped in Lettuce. D~4 oz blueberry yoguart S~4 oz chocolate CC milk w/ a scoop of protein Water:52 oz so far Vitamins: done excpept iron that I take at night Exercise: 30 min. walk Have a nice evening Kay

Hi Kay, Did the package arrive? Here's my menu...so far at least: Breakfast: 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese Lunch: 2oz string cheese 1/2 bottle Isopure Alpine Punch mixed with Crystal Lite Haven't figured out dinner yet but It's only a little after 5. Vitamins and Iron done! No excersise today....feeling lazy

Hey Ronna I still haven't got the package. I was home all day today except when I took my walk this afternoon but I still don't think they came. They usually leave a note on the door if they do. I don't understand what the problem is Kay

Hi Kay~ I'm having an okay day too. It was beautiful here in NJ. It just gets dark way to fast. My menu today~ B: 1 fried egg, 1/2 slice marble rye toasted, few squirts "I can't believe it's not butter" L: 1/2 buffalo chicken wrap from Salad Works D: other 1/2 of wrap Vitamins done, about 40oz of water so far, 1 hour 40 mins at the gym My totals: Cal consumed: 451 Cal burned: 995 fat: 22 carbs: 33 protein: 34 Have a great night!!! Let me show you my morning routine 8am: wake up/ help Blake get ready 8:45: take Blake to school 9am: get home, jump in the shower 9:30: get Madison bathed and dressed I try to get to the gym before 10am. They only have child watch until noon. If anything screws up my routine in the morning, I get there late and it shortens my gym time. I didn't get there today until 10:10am and I can only workout until 11:50 because I need 10 mins to get my stuff out of my locker and go upstairs to the child watch room. I think I might have to start crunching some of my time so I can make sure I am there for a full 2 hours. I only used the elliptical for 55 mins instead of 70 today!! Sorry I vented on you...you just opened the window of opportunity for me. Dawn

Hi Kay! I am so proud of myself today! I house sit last night so was all by myself.... this morning I work up at 6 am went to my school's gym! I got up, and was at the gym by 7:15, amazing since I usually ride with my sister since she's in the class too. I beat her there this am! hehehehe B- Protein Shake before workout S- 1 Breakfast Wrap from South Beach, yummy L- Protein Shake S- Wanted to try the SF Vanilla Latte from Starbucks- YUM! D- Dunno, probably chicken Water- 30 oz so far Vitamins- check Exercise: 25 minutes Circuit Weights, 30 Minutes Treadmill You're doing fantastic, Kay! I'm so happy for you! *~*Jaci*~*
