What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Hello ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm doing good. It finally warmed up today and I'm so happy because I'm tired of being cold. I am always freezing now.
Here is my menu...
B~Protein shake
L~ Turkey, cheese, roasted red peppers and mustard wrapped in Lettuce.
D~4 oz blueberry yoguart
S~4 oz chocolate CC milk w/ a scoop of protein
Water:52 oz so far
Vitamins: done excpept iron that I take at night
Exercise: 30 min. walk

Here's my menu...so far at least:
Breakfast: 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: 2oz string cheese
1/2 bottle Isopure Alpine Punch mixed with Crystal Lite
Haven't figured out dinner yet but It's only a little after 5.
Vitamins and Iron done!
No excersise today....feeling lazy

I'm having an okay day too. It was beautiful here in NJ. It just gets dark way to fast.
My menu today~
B: 1 fried egg, 1/2 slice marble rye toasted, few squirts "I can't believe it's not butter"
L: 1/2 buffalo chicken wrap from Salad Works
D: other 1/2 of wrap
Vitamins done, about 40oz of water so far, 1 hour 40 mins at the gym
My totals:
Cal consumed: 451
Cal burned: 995
fat: 22
carbs: 33
protein: 34

Let me show you my morning routine
8am: wake up/ help Blake get ready
8:45: take Blake to school
9am: get home, jump in the shower
9:30: get Madison bathed and dressed
I try to get to the gym before 10am. They only have child watch until noon. If anything screws up my routine in the morning, I get there late and it shortens my gym time. I didn't get there today until 10:10am and I can only workout until 11:50 because I need 10 mins to get my stuff out of my locker and go upstairs to the child watch room.
I think I might have to start crunching some of my time so I can make sure I am there for a full 2 hours. I only used the elliptical for 55 mins instead of 70 today!!
Sorry I vented on you...you just opened the window of opportunity for me.

Hi Kay! I am so proud of myself today! I house sit last night so was all by myself.... this morning I work up at 6 am went to my school's gym! I got up, and was at the gym by 7:15, amazing since I usually ride with my sister since she's in the class too. I beat her there this am! hehehehe
