Peanut Butter
l-l-l-l-ove it... I get the fresh ground stuff at Whole Foods (you know flip the switch and it grinds the peanuts in front of you).. So, it has no added sugar or fat- then I mix it real well with tofu for extra protein and I think it makes a combined perfect protein (not exactly sure about that part)? yum
I eat it periodically....just regular Jif (not low fat or low sugar or anything). I have had some spread on a half a slice of toast, crackers (with SF jelly) or on a piece of apple, or in a protein shake or even just on a spoon.
As long as my sugar and calories are within range in a day, I'm not going to stress over it!
