How is everyone doing today? I'm good.
I don't think I'll be home later so I'm posting this early. I'm gonna take advantage of this beautiful weather and go to the park.
Ronna sent me A LOT of protein samples that she no longer uses. I never thought I'd get so excited over protein. THANKS RONNA, I really appreciate it.
Here is my menu for today....
B~Protein shake
S~SF popsicle
L~1 string cheese and 3 thinly slice peices of turkey
D~Baked Fish and salad w/ lite olive oil dressing
S~4 oz chocolate CC milk w/ scoop of protein
Vitamins: Not finished yet
Water: 25 oz so far but it's early
Exercise: 30 min. walk

B: 1 Bakers Breakfast Cookie
S: 1 Banana
L: 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich
1/2 cup veggie salad
1 apple
D: small serving meat and veggie (not sure what yet).

Exercise: 1/2 mile on Nordic Track and yard work

Hey Kay,
I am going to jump on today, I had a crappy carby day yesterday. Today my focus is protein, water, protein, water and watching that carb monster.
B - Egg, cheese, sausage casserole
S - 4oz coffee, 8oz milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein
L - 3oz roast beef with horseradish sauce
S - String Cheese
D - ????? Although your fish sounds good, maybe I'll make some salmon. Will probably have 1 bite of the lasagna I made for the family.
Protein Boost - Profect
Vitamins - b12 in, ran out of liquid calcium so I am back to the chewables, they are as big as tires - 4 to go, biotin and prenatal are this evening
Fluids - 36oz so far - have a 24oz cup ready to go in 30 min (i just finished lunch)
Exercise - I need someone to kick my hiney into gear. I horse played with the kiddos on the floor - that was it.

Lunch: the insides of a SB All American Breakfast Wrap
Snak: QSmart Bar Cranberry Vanilla
Dinner: Will Be a Spinach salad with turkey, olives, mushrooms, carrots, sunflower seeds, 1oz string cheese and low fat ceaser vinagret dressing.

So glad that your getting out and enjoying the weather. It was 60 today and tomorrow they are saying 74ish. Whoo Yhoo. Here's my menu:
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit N Fit Vanilla Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese w/8 raspberries
D-3/4 of a Kung Pao South Beach Diet Dinner
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 30 minutes at curves

Hey Kay~
Are the days just flying by or is it just me?
My menu today:
B: Power crunch bar
L: Skipped
D: parts of a KFC BLT salad with FF ranch
Vitamins done, only 28 oz of water (hiding my face in shame), 1hr 45min at the gym
Totals are messed up today. kfc.com can't break down the food so I'm not sure of the exact totals. I did eat all the chicken so I know the protein is right. If I ate the whole salad my totals would be:
Cal consumed: 505 (not right)
Cal burned: 871
fat: 19 (not right)
carbs: 34 (not right)
protein: 44
