Hi Kay~
Do you live close to the lake? I used to live RIGHT on a lake, it was so beautiful. We had 2 big bay windows and when you opened up the blinds it was just gorgeous, especially at sunset. Man, I miss that house!! It was only 2 bedrooms and when we found out #3 was on the way we needed a bigger house. I guess I can't complain too much, I have a nice view of our inground pool from the dining room window.
my menu:
B: 3/4 of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal
L: Chicken Spinach Salad from Wendy's with Low Fat Honey Mustard Dressing. I ate all the chicken, tomatoes, bacon, and eggs. Every little spinach or lettuce (too full)
D: Tuna, dry
Vitamins done, doing good on water (still early), 2 hours at the gym
My totals:
Cal consumed: 502
Cal burned: 1060
more than 2 times what I ate!!
